BORN Du Jour Cork Wrap

Oh goodness these are ADORABLE. For anyone alive in the 70's, these are the same shoes we coveted then. These have a little memory foam or cushioning. No arch support but that's not why I got them. For going out and wearing a trendy stylish shoe without killing yourself in heels, these are the ticket. They do run small: I wear an 11 normally just because 10.5's are hard to find, so 11's are usually a little big on me. So I ordered an 11, and they are just a smidge short in the length; not enough that I can't wear them though. But they couldn't be any smaller or they wouldn't fit. So I would say they are almost a size smaller than what they are labelled. If you are like me and are a half size, order up. If you want a little room, order a size up (I couldn't as 11 is the highest size!). But honestly I'm in love with these shoes.

I want to give these 5 stars, but they've only earned 4 primarily because Born Maldives were just quite a bit better. I bought 2 pair of those last year and tried the Du Jour hoping they would be just as great. I bought 2 pair of these as well. The stitching and narrowing toward the toe-box hits the foot in an awkward spot making them feel smaller. A little snug in the width. Works great for me as I wear the 6 and my foot is a 5.5 with a high arch. Although I can wear them for an extended period of time, I don't get as much mileage as do from the Maldives. I tripped and took a nasty spill in the rain in these as well. Revive the Maldives next year please Born!

I put these on, and don't want to take them off! I have a very hard time finding cute shoes due to my flat, narrow feet. It seems like most wedges of this height are not very cute styles, but these are beautiful! Other notes:1. I'm a 7N, ordered a 7, and they're perfect. So yes, they run narrow.2. The front platform coupled with the lower wedge doesn't put pressure on the toes, as many wedges do.3. Soft, squishy footbed.4. My foot is so flat, I may add a Dr. Scholl's gel arch, but only to perfect them.5. Buckled on the tightest buckle, they are perfect. May have to punch extra hole as leather stretches.6. Has extra loop on each side so end of strap isn't flopping around - a great feature!I highly recommend for narrow feet!

Great product and great price! Super comfortable, fashionable sandal. The only negative would be the black stain on the leather rubs off on skin from sweat/moisture, but nothing excessive and washes off in the shower. Haven't had them long enough to give feedback on durability, but I've never had a problem with Born's quality before. Overall, a good looking sandal that can be worn with jeans or a dress; and you can't beat the comfort!

I tried these shoes on in another store and fell in love with them and I feel I could have worn them all day long. I didn't buy them at that time because I did not have the money then, that's why I sought for them online. Unfortunately this pair is not as comfortable and makes the sides of my feet rub on the seams like they are more narrow or shorter than the other pair I tried on.

I am only giving 2 stars because this shoe is way too short and narrow! I have worn at least 10 different Born style sandals over the years and have always worn a size 8, but this size 8 is not only a tad too small, but WAY too small! Very disappointing because it is a beautiful, well made shoe! I even tried the size 9, which was ridiculously wide and too long! I hope that other new models run more as expected, like in the past!

Instead of buying a ton of cheap sandals, I like to invest in a quality pair or two at the beginning of spring each year and wear them almost every day--this is my 4th pair of Born sandals and it lives up to the high standard I've come to expect from the brand. The shoes are sturdy, well-constructed and very comfortable, with the arch support I need and the style I want in a spring/summer shoe. The "flatform" style gives me an extra couple of inches in height and the neutral tan matches my skin and makes my legs look really long.

High heel look without the pain. I'm a Born shoe lover and these fit the bill. The reviews said to order 'up'. I usually wear a size 8.5 and ordered a size 9 - perfect! The only tiny gripe I have is that the strap 'bubbles up' outside of the buckle. Wore these shoes to a wedding and was on my feet for over six hours and my feet felt GREAT!
