This book has been a big help in learning Katakana, I would recommend it to anyone who wants too learn

Book is nice but it came dirty

So, where should we begin?This book is only and i do say, ONLY if you want practice writting the characters. everything else, no.Same as the other book:spelling mistakes, misuse of characters, using katakana when it should be used in hiragana (inverse problem of their other book where katakana was used instead of hiragana)As a bonus, it does not teach you all the variations of katakana. like did you know you can make F and V sounds in katakana? the book does not go over that at all and in turn, mistranslates several words.Only get this book if you want to improve your handwrtting, but even then, you can just write in a journal to improve that.

I bought the kindle version of this book. the text was fine. but, the charts are too small to read. I tried to expand them to a readable size but nothing seamed to work. don't know if i'm doing something wrong or not. therefore this book is completely useless on my kindle. I tried it on my computer with the app and it is readable. I gave it 1 star because its not a bad book as far as content goes. for me, its just not kindle friendly and that's why I bought it.
