Great on Patio for Hot Florida Days and Nights
I love this thing. I have bought 3, one for my sister, 1 for me on patio and 1 for a guest. Ots HOT in florida and my patio gets the morning sun and while I do have a UV shade to block a direct heat, the temp is still hot out. I can sit outside and have coffee in the a.m. and cocktails in the pm and ot keeps me totally cool. It really works! I cant live without this so im going to buy another for a backup.Couple of tips... the directions are in Chinese with pics...verynweird but this is what I know. There is a clear tube on the side that looks like the water mark is low but its the plastic housing you're seeing through the tube. LOOK CLOSELY and you'll see the actual water... if you have to, give the tube a poke with finger so you can see it. Once you get used to that you will know how to see how much water is in it. At first I poured tons of water in mine thinking the water mark was low. That is when I realized when the unit overflowed that I was looking at the wrong place in the clear tube... I was seeing plastic housing, not the actual water level which was much higher in clear tube.DO NOT TURN SIDEWAYS AND DUMP WATER. You will short the unit. Pull the clear plastic tube out from the side an drain. Its super easy to do but at first I thought the tube tucked into the side was a continuous tube so I didn't want to yank on it. See pics.Lastly, one of my units gets my clothes damping im sitting pretty close which I do because I love the coolness. Belive me, its seems like your clothes will be wet but once I go inside I don't notice at all and I hate wet clothes and within minutes clothes are totally dry and I don't even notice or think about it.I also have a batter lower bank I use when it runs out of charge when still using it. Works like a charm. Just plug it in and I have air cooler until I'm ready to go in and charge it via wall plug.I cant live without this.

You're better off with a big fan
I've never bought a "portable air conditioner" but it doesn't exactly work as advertised. It's basically a tiny fan that has a nebulizer attached to spritz water (if you've ever been to the Coca-Cola "Cool Zone" at a theme park where they just spray mist to cool you off, it's like that but smaller.) It didn't make my room cooler, and in order to benefit at all I've had to point the fan directly at my face. The fan, at its highest setting, isn't particularly strong either. The other negative aspect of the "cooling" option is that when it's spraying mist, it condensates very quickly and just makes whatever area it's spraying near wet. That means if it's pointed toward your bed, your sheets will get damp. If you want to use it near your desk, be careful it's not spraying your computer or any electronics. This gets difficult to try to work around.Positives are that the charging feature is nice, and it's easy to then move around to different parts of the room since you can unplug it, but then again the battery only runs for maybe four or five hours and then requires a recharge, and I mostly found myself keeping it in an area that I could keep it plugged into the wall.I think even calling this an "air conditioner" is a stretch. It's a fan with a humidifier attached to it. If you're struggling with the heat right now, you're probably better off with a big box fan.

Overall happy with purchase. Not a ROOM AC but a PERSONAL SPACE AC. Does work as advertised
Overall pretty happy with product. I purchased it for an upcoming camping trip in 2 weeks. It arrived within 5 days of ordering so I got it in time. First thoughts when opened was it's lightweight and seems kinda cheap. Came half charged so just tried the fan on all 3 speeds. Low is low circulation is minimal 3 ft at best. Medium is about 5 ft. What surprised me was high u can feel 7-8ft away. Granted its not blow your hair back strong but u can feel it. So charged rest of way about 2 hours, added 450 ml water and full ice tray. IMMEDIATELY felt a difference in air temp from unit. For my purposes camping I'll have no electric so fact that it's rechargeable off of a power bank is great. It does blow cool air with ice, enough for someones PERSONAL space. Whether it cools of a tent I'll find out soon but I think will still work well for sleeping at night. The controls are very easy to operate, the buttons are pressure sensitive and u hardly have to touch to operate Bad part: the "AC" isn't cold air, it's a cool MIST. I put it on a dishtowel and the other end was very damp. Water drips off the vents while running and anything within 1 1/2- 2 ft in front of it will get wet. It needs space.... Didnt try the oscillation yet will in tent. Its not going to cool off a room larger than a bathroom but it will cool of a person for sure with a direct flow

ehhh
I purchased the KUUOTE portable ac. This is not it. Just in case. I bring that up because my wife wanted to try this one. My wife feels like the air strength is more noticeable in this device,I disagree. The water cooling element or humidifier as it may be referred to is too powerful up close. Her pillow was soaked. So we don't use that feature at all anymore. I used it outside while working on the car. It made little to no différence. Really the only good thing about this device is that it is portable. The KUUOTE ac which i love needs a wall plug in while this one can be charged and maintains a long power supply. In terms of using it while connected to the wall about 3 times now it stops charging and runs solely on its battery so those 3 times my wife would wake me up to advise me that it turned off.If you want to take it from one room to the next indoors not bad,if you plan to use it outside don't bother at least in south Florida where I reside. I am glad my wife gets some use from it because to me it was a waste of my money
