JETech Case for iPad Pro 12.9 Inch (1st and 2nd Generation, 2015 and 2017 Model), Auto Wake/Sleep (Dark Grey)

Looks good and it’s made well. Not very easy to open. It would’ve been easier if it had a edge to open it.

I had previously purchased a case from JETech and while it was very inexpensive, I wasn't really thrilled with it. Not bad for the money, but not something I wanted to keep using.This is a different proposition.It's not perfect - as some reviews state, the speaker holes on one side are slightly encroached upon by the case. Basically, that side of the case just needs more lip and that would get the speaker holes aligned as they are on the other side. The rest of the ports and buttons are easily accessible.The plastic back is well-made and feels good in hand. The 'smart' cover, honestly, feels almost as good as the real thing. The outside is a durable material and the inside, which fits against the screen, is a soft velour-like material. The hinge is solid and well-manufacturered. When folded, it makes a stable stand for the iPad Pro.If this case were $40-50, I would likely give it four-stars. If it were $25-30, I'd give it five-stars.But it only costs half that - it's just a ridiculous bargain. The Apple version costs $140. If you told me that I could spend $140 on the Apple case or I could spend $13 on this case and have $130 still in my hand, I'd buy this case every single time.I'd recommend it to anyone looking for some protection for their iPad Pro. Even if you're waiting for a backordered Smart Keyboard, this case is good enough to hold you over until you get it and then serve you whenever you wanted to take the keyboard case off and go slimmer.Really pleasantly surprised by this product.

The edges were a little rough in spots otherwise it was a nice product

I also have an iPad Mini with the Apple leather case that is nearly identical in overall design to this JETech case, and the JETech case is every bit as nice to hold and use as is the leather Apple case. Because the JETech case is not leather, the feel of the surface is a little different than Apple's leather case, but the fit is absolutely perfect on the iPad Pro and there's not a rough edge or molding flaw on it anywhere. It's a very slim case to carry around or pack in your bag, the cover folds backward to stand the iPad upright very solidly, and you can fold the cover onto itself in a Z-shape then fold it under the back of the iPad to form a nice thick grip for holding the iPad in your left hand more comfortably.

I am extremely pleased with this case for the ipad pro. It fits precisely, is remarkably thin yet protective, and it closes securely with the magnetized edge. The two viewing angles are quite adequate and stable. The texture is comfortable to hold, the price can't be beaten. I couldn't be more pleased with it.Now, after a full year of daily use in a variety of settings, I still am 100% satisfied with this case. It's remarkably durable yet very thin and lightweight. I use it for music and put it on an ipad holder for performances. Because the case is so thin I don't ever need to remove the ipad pro from the case and it still fits nicely on the stand.

No complaints, works as prescribed, does what it’s meant for, cover is a bit slippery, but still 5 starts.

As others have already posted this is just a great case for the money. It fits well and all ports are accessible. My case runs just above the speaker holes, but it does not seem like it would effect the speakers' performance. The smart cover seems to be of equal quality to the Apple covers. The hard case has a rubberized feel that makes it stable on smooth surfaces. I've been using my iPad Pro for about a week while I waited for this case to arrive the Pro almost seemed to be too light for its size so this case seems to make the weight just right while protecting it too. When I reread my review it sounds like one you would read from someone who received the product free to review. Trust me, I paid for this product, and I am just a happy customer! Do not hesitate to purchase this case.

Nice slim case, a cheap version of the sturdy case I enjoyed with my iPad2. Bought my first one a bit over a year ago and when the plastic backing started to crack at the edges I shopped cases again. Bought another, because I haven't found a better inexpensive alternative. Aside from the plastic back that becomes brittle with age, there is one other nit with this case. The magnets in the cover somehow interfere with the compass in the iPad, so that apps that use the compass feature may be compromised (why that doesn't occur with the Apple branded cases?). If this case had more durable plastic and compass-compatible magnets, it would be a total winner.
