Jacobsens Danish Butter Cookies, 64 Ounce

The cookies were just the same as I bought in a store in December. However the Amazon packaging of the tin of cookies was terrible. The round tin was placed without any padding into a square box. There were three dents in the box, corresponding with three dents in the round tin. More than half of the cookies were broken, some into crumbs. Amazon refunded the purchase, but if I wanted the money, I would not have bought the cookies.

While the small tin was disappointing, the large tin was delicious! My friends and I couldn’t get enough of these cookies. They were fresh and buttery tasting. I loved them! The tin is very large so you get lots of various cookies!

Cookies A+. Seller minus 2The can came in a ripped plastic bag - not a box- and was dented up - difficult to open & close. Cookies mostly crumbs. I contacted seller and got the AI response not returnable even tho it says returnable til Jan 31. I sent pic of can and flimsy bag it was shipped in. I wrote to Amazon - they said give seller 2days. Nobody contacted me. Cookies are delicious - but that’s on Jacobsen. I was planning to give this as a gift. Couldn’t give dented up can filled w broken cookies. So 64 Oz of mostly crumbs for $24. Don’t shop from this non responsive co. And shame on Amazon on their response.

I buy these every year, this year I was not able to go shopping, so I ordered off the internet, not so good, many broken cookies. Hope next year I will be able to go shopping myself. Love these cookies, my Christmas gift to myself.

I’ve ordered these cookies before and they are delicious. This time, however, they arrived broken into pieces, …but still delicious. I’ll be forced to eat them myself, as I can’t display them for my friends, so I’m disappointed.

Best cookies I’ve had in many years

This tin of cookies was requested by the mother to be for her baby shower. They are one of the very few things she can keep down due to severe nausea. I didn’t open them until it was time to put them on the table (BIG mistake). The only cookies that were still intact were the hard ones shaped like pretzels and rectangles. The ones she didn’t like of course. 😵‍💫 The rest? DUST. Catastrophic cookie damage. 😩🤦🏻‍♀️ I was SO EMBARRASSED. So…if you are bringing these to a special event, I suggest NOT ordering them online. If you don’t mind eating them with a spoon, go for it! They are delicious cookies. 😂

Great cookies that have a nice flavor and perfect size for eating and eating and eating. They are not too sweet. Have 4 broken cookies at the most. And those tasted just like all the other cookies in the tin. I actually bought this for myself and I wasn’t disappointed
