Just fantastic!
I was very nervous as I've never spent this kind of money on headphones before... but they're worth every penny! The battery life is fab, just keeps going! The sound quality is brilliant! I love the fact I can connect both my laptop & my mobile at the same time which was my initial reason for buying them, i.e. being able to answer calls on MS Teams & my mobile is seamless. But the biggest thing for me is how amazingly comfortable they are! Over the past year I've worked my way through several headsets and all were uncomfortable, but these are like little pillows on my ears - memory foam for your ears - genius! I wear them for about 14-15hrs per day very happily! I spent hours & hours scrolling through amazon & reading reviews, but look no further, these are the headset you've been searching for!!!

Superb headphones, great for Teams and music
I have these connected via bluetooth to my phone and iPad and I connect them to my laptop via cable for Teams calls. I can listen to music from my phone then when I pick up a Teams call it switches automatically. I tried the Sony XM5 first but they were awful for Teams calls but great for music. You can’t even use the XM5s while charging. Sent the XM5s back and got the Jabras. Superb all rounders and very well thought through in terms of user experience.

owned for a few years now. Decent headset. quality and durability is best part.
had these a few years now since purchase. still working. Ear padding hasn't worn yet unlike many others I've tried in the past 30 years. sound reproduction is good and this review was written after owning it for years!

Great 'Phones until things go wrong
Whilst these are expensive, they are high quality. The sound is good and the buttons on the headset are useful, sensible and well placed. I have used these for video conferencing, listening to music and gaming/discord, and they work great for all three. It has good battery and the magnetic charging stand works well. The bluetooth range is good, I stay connected even going to opposite end of the house. It comes with a bluetooth dongle - but I haven't used this as I just connect directly to bluetooth (MacBook Pro/iPhone) and this seems to work fine. The storage case is also nicely made - I don't really use it, possibly would if I needed to travel. The only criticism I have is that its sometimes a bit too keen to connect! It connects to multiple devices at the same time and so sometimes if another device powers up it can 'steal' the connection away. Really its a minor inconvenience at worst. Occasionally they won't connect - but this is something that I have found to be an inherent flaw in bluetooth and I don't think this reflects badly on this product. If you want a top-end headset this is good contender. EDIT: May 2024 The reason I bought these was for the desk stand, so I could charge without having to plug in a usb cable and have it lying around. However they have now stopped charging. The desk stand still puts out charge (tested with mulimtumeter) the support from Jabra was atrocious, going riund in circles with firmware resets, eventually convincing me to buy another (now also useless) deslstandz they offer no repair or replacement. The best they can do is 30% off a new pair from their site. Their price is over £500 so it’s cheaper to buy from Amazon! Even more so if I just buy the headset. I am disgusted that a premium product like this has failed on something so basic. I think the customer support is pathetic and the 30% off a jacked up price is a joke and a real slap in the face. Caveat emptor.

Not worth the price, poor mike
Not worth the price. Good noise cancellation and sound, bad connectivity and poor mike.

Easy to set up and use
Having previously been unsuccessful in getting my Sony WH1000XM4 headphones to work effectively with my work laptop, I wasn't sure what to expect from these Jabra Evolve2 85 headphones. Despite the high security levels applied by my laptop owner, once I had plugged the little USB toggle into the laptop's USB port, it matched and played perfectly. It links in and helps control the Teams calls with clarity on both hearing and speaking. They are also quite comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Very happy with the outcome and can thoroughly recommend.

I recommend this headset. It was expensive when launched in 2021, but you get clean, detailed sound and strong active noise cancelling that helps you stay focused. The Jabra-engineered design ensures comfort for hours, stable Bluetooth on laptop and phone, and a solid build with ear cushions that seal well. The retractable mic arm makes calls easy, letting you switch fast between voice and music, while the busy red light clearly shows when you are in a call. The battery lasts up to 37 hours, so you can work a full day without thinking about charging. The Jabra Sound+ app lets you customize sound, call, firmware updates, and device settings, making your experience fully tailored. You enjoy using it every day because it makes work smooth, productive, and more enjoyable.
