Toothbrush works great but after a week of use, the water from the toothbrush ruined the charging port and it no longer charges.

We bought this toothbrush to help our daughter understand how to brush her teeth and to keep track of her brushing. The app records maybe 1 out of 10 brushes, which makes it impossible to use the brush to actually track her brushing. The brushing guide is helpful in theory, but does not accurately track how she is brushing (says she's brushing the top left but really she's brushing the front). Unfortunately, we stopped using this brush because it didn't work as intended.

We used to have to send my 9 year old son back to rebrush because he had not done a good job. With this he sees how he brushes and is proud when it says 100% now I don't have to send him back because the toothbrush gives him feedback so it has stopped the arguments and even the dentist has noticed.

We like this toothbrush since it makes the kids brush longer but it keeps disconnecting from the app so we can't track it.

Brushing teeth have always been a struggle, but seeing her own progress on the app helps so much. Easy to use the app too. (Tip- I thought the toothbrush was defective when I first tried to turn it on… but realized you have to have to have the brush head attached for it to work lol)

The brush is small and vibration is weak, but my biggest problem is that it will not connect to my phone. I'm pretty tech savvy so I don't think it's user error. I've searched for help and was about to try to find a service number when I read more comments here that what's on Amazon is the only tech support. I'm really disappointed and annoyed.

This toothbrush works great! I was excited to get this for my son to help encourage his brushing and he absolutely loves it! He gets excited about brushing now and pays more attention to how long he is brushing. The app works well with it and allows me to monitor how well he’s brushing. I really like the feature of connecting with the dentist as well. Will definitely purchase some for my niece and nephew!

I bought both blue and pink brushes for my 2 daughters. Set-up was easy (I suspect those that are having difficulty with set-up aren't very savvy with setting up connected devices). Girls love using the brushes - they're now brushing all sides and corners of their teeth and gum. Tracking their performance on the app is a huge motivator. Highly recommend!
