I love the look of this ottoman. The leather-looking material matches our couch perfectly, as does the brass rivets along the edge. The fabric on the top and the design is nicely done - just hoping it won't snag much over the years. Only complaint: the feet on the bottom are cheaply made, very inferior wood. Two of the feet arrived not totally secure and move (the other two on the other side are fine). One of the feet had a 4" long and 1.5" wide portion that was damaged during shipping and cracked off. I put it back on with glue. My guess is because the ottoman was on the shipping truck(s) for over a week since it left the origination location, probably unloaded and reloaded several times during the trip from Oklahoma to NW WA, and the box was damaged a bit, with the top of the box re-taped by the shipper... that's when the damage occurred. I'd ship this back and try to get a replacement, but... getting it here was a complete nightmare with shipping delay after shipping delay. I think this is probably my last online furniture purchase for a while. Other than all that, a nice addition to our living room and I know I'll enjoy it.

I received this today. Made very well, however the fabric was not sierra lodge but rather the fishermans print with a canue .I was pleased with the speed of delivery but it was not as pictured. Sending it back will be expensive, what should I do?I will have to have someone with a cell phone or camera take a picture as I myself do not have either.. I am 70 years old and I have never owned a cell phone. Thank you, please contact me It was alphine lodge not sierra lodge as ordered

Perfectly matched our couch that we ordered. Adds just the right touch. Arrived very quickly.

This ottoman really looks nice and the material feels good. It's comfy to sit on. But.... It had HUGE thick packing plastic and a gauze material twisted together then staple-gunned randomly on the bottom. This gigantic mess did nothing to help with securing the ottoman in the box. It was loose. This twisted awful mess was randomly bunched up, folded back and forth in thick layers, then staple gunned in random areas. It was horrible, time consuming, frustrating and disappointing trying to remove this mess and not destroy the material of the bottom of the ottoman. Now there are many staples left sticking out on the bottom that cannot be removed without harming the ottoman as these are gun staples deeply imbedded in the wood. Why would anyone do this? Also... the legs are not attached evenly. 2 of them twist and are not tightly attached causing the ottoman rock when placed on the floor.We also are waiting on a couch and chair in the same Sierra Lodge design. I sincerely hope we don't have these same issues with them.This was very disappointing.

Excellent!! This furniture is worth it's weight in gold. So pleased with the upholstery and the comfort of the furniture add to that the low price for all four matching pieces is the best and one has the best deal being made any place on the net; Many, many thanks for caring in quality and a fair price

It looked good and low priced but the upholstery was not sewn like it usually is for furniture. It did not have the double seams or piping to prevent the seams from coming apart. The legs had 3 screw holes but only one screw was installed so the triangular legs could rotate around and stick out from under the corners, a hazard. The Chinese urethane foam does not hold up and develops low spots where ever people sit or rest their legs. I returned it.
