My girlfriend uses this and I wanted to say that these are just "gimmicks" but she said I was wrong.The material is designed to help you sweat and it's easy to clean so that's a bonus.The item comes packaged well with an additional phone pouch which did come incredibly handy.There are some instructions too but it's self explanatoryTraining the stomach can be really hard as trying to spot reduce on an area of your body may prove to be difficult but this will focus on your stomach and allow it to perspire a lot more which will reduce fat. (In theory)You cannot use this alone and expect super results but as a part of a routine and a well-balanced diet, I think some great results can come to pass.remember to drink plenty of water as you will be sweating more than usual.Is it worth it? Well, that's down to your effort and using this as part of your training.I'd say try it for 4-8 weeks and get the measuring tape out.I've taken a few pictures so you can see what you're considering buying.I hope this quick review helps if so please bash that "Helpful" button!Enjoy all ;-)

comfortable!
I've been on a real fitness journey the last couple of years spending a lot of time in the gym and focusing on my diet. But the last place that will lose the fat is the belly and a little helloing hand is in order. This sauna belt, when worn casually or when working out should help to target a bit extra fat loss in the area. I have been wearing it around the house and when doing a light cardio workout and it certainly generates a fair bit of extra sweat in the waist area. Its important to remember this isn't a miracle cure for belly fat but in conjunction with other diet and fitness efforts will be a little helping hand. Its really comfortable to wear and actually figure flattering under a t-shirt.

I’ve been using the waist trainer for four weeks now, and I’m pleased to report that it is helping with sculpting as I’m losing weight. I run between 5-10km a day, and I’ve been using this alongside to avoid loose skin etc... As well as helping with shaping, it’s also improved my posture and stance.You will sweat when using it but this is a good thing as long as you don’t overdo it! A simple wash down of the belt after use will suffice.Happy with my purchase, and a good buy for the price.

I love this product! I bought one from a sporting goods store before . This product is much better and cheaper! I read a lot of comments and felt it was time to air my views. This product works well. If you're active everyday, they will eventually wear out. I find this product is worth it because its job is to make you sweat and make your belly look thinner. Recommended!

So pleased with the results already
After having a baby I’m left with a mum tum which I hate I’ve always been a size 8 and now I’m easily a 12, so my main problem area was my tummy and I wanted something that when I’m running around after my little boy I could burn fat! This was the perfect thing for me you just strap it on and away you go, it has rubber on the inside which will help you sweat and the strap is long enough to cover any belly, you can have it as tight or as loose as possible with a Velcro securing. It also comes with a tiny pouch that you can strap to your arm, I put my phone in there then I know it’s always in reach. I literally have it on for around 2 hours a day and I can see a difference already I so pleased I bought this it’s well worth the money

REALLY EFFECTIVE
My wife has only been using the waist trimmer for a little while but she's already pleased with the results. Whilst wanting to tone her middle she also wanted to invest in something that would improve her posture and prevent back pain which has been swinging slightly since pregnancy with our son. She's found that the belt has made her more aware of her posture and helps to stabilise her whole core.

Material - nice feel to my skin!
As I’m trying to get rid of my mummy tummy I thought I would give this a try! And I absolutely love it! It’s made out a very pleasant material to my skin which stays perfect on my waist line, the rubber liner inside the belt goes nice and tight. Velcro keeps it in place. I’ve worn it few times working out and started to notice those inches going!! Comes with a storage bag and an arm strap for your phone- very handy when working out! Definitely would recommend to those who’s trying to lose those inches off your waist line! Great product!

Sweat!!!!
Well, this certainly does make you sweat more!!Used twice now, once on a 5k run and once at spinning…...my whole body was much more sweaty and especially my back. To early to say if it'll help with reducing waist inches or weight, but do recommend this item.

Soft and worthy
Hallo alle miteinander. Ich arbeite im Fitnessstudio so, dass ich manchmal Schmerzen empfinde, weil ich zu viel Gewicht verbrauche. Um Unterstützung zu bekommen, suchte ich einen Gürtel und ich bestelle diesen Gürtel. Dieser Gürtel ist bequem und leicht zu tragen. es bedeckt meinen Rücken und meinen Bauch. Für diejenigen, die Rückenschmerzen haben, kann es auf normale Weise verwendet werden, und es kann auch für das Training im Fitnessstudio verwendet werden. Ich bin mit diesem Produkt zufrieden. Dort ist auch eine schöne Tasche enthalten, in der Sie kleine Sachen mitnehmen können. es ist wirklich gut 😃😃😃

Gute Stütze
Da ich durch einen Unfall bereits seit Jahren Rückenprobleme habe, bin ich auf Physiotherapie und Sport abgewiesen, um meine Rückenmuskulatur zu stärken.Durch mein Studium habe ich diese Anwendungen jedoch vernachlässigt. Ich sitze momentan sehr viel und meine Rückenschmerzen haben dadurch wieder zugenommen. Als Stütze habe ich mir deshalb diesen Gürtel gekauft. Tatsächlich habe ich nach kurzer Zeit eine positive Wirkung erfahren können. Er wirkt entlastend auf den Rücken, weil man mit diesem Gürtel automatisch eine gerade Haltung einnimmt.Außerdem benutze ich ihn auch wenn ich ab und zu Sport mache. Ich habe das Gefühl die Übungen mit einer besseren Haltung durchzuführen. Tatsächlich komme ich mit ihm auch viel mehr zum schwitzen, auch bei leichteren Übungen. Das nutze ich aus in dem ich sehr viel Wasser trinke und somit durch das vermehrte schwitzen mein Körper auch von innen reinige.Der Gürtel ist angenehm zu tragen und stört nicht auf der Haut.Mich hat der Gürtel überzeugt und ich bin damit zufrieden.

Da geht’s dem Speck an den Kragen
Ich bin super zufrieden, nach drei Schwangerschaften ist der Körper leider nicht mehr derselbe. Ich habe viel versucht die Pfunde wieder loszuwerden leider nur mit mäßigem Erfolg, der Bauch wollte nicht verschwinden. Nach knapp 2 Wochen Training mit dem bauchgürtel hat sich mein bauchumfang bereits um 3 cm verringert und auch im allgemeinen wirkt er schon etwas fester. Die mitgelieferte Tasche ist optimal zum Joggen. Ich leg sie mir am Oberarm an, lege mein Handy für die Musik rein und los geht’s. An heißen Tagen juckt es manchmal auf der Haut dann mach ich einen Tag Pause mit dem tragen und dann ist es wieder in Ordnung

Angenehm zu tragen
Sollte nur beim training getragen werden und so unzerstützt er beim Abnehmen. Was ich auch gut finde, dass der Bauchgurt die Haltung sehr unterstützt. D. H. Man hat automatisch eine gerade Haltung beim Training und kommt auch unter demGurt sehr ins Schwitzen.Das Material ist angenehm zu tragen und gut verarbeitet.Genauere Ergebnisse kann mwn nach so kurzer Zeit noch nicht sagen.

Ich habe diesen Produkt gekauft, um mein Gewicht abzunehmen. Dann habe ich richtit im Fitness genutzt und wurde sagen, es funktioniert sehr angenehm und passt sehr gut für meinen Körper. Der Training wurde auch nicht gestört. Ich bin ganz zufrieden.

Schwitzen ohne Ende
Super cooles Gefühl, wenn du wie immer trainierst, aber du schwitzt trotzdem 10 fach mehr. mit diesem Gürtel, könntest du das erfüllen. Er ist mega bequem und für den Preis ist er einfach perfekt. ich fand den mega geil und die kleine Tasche war auch super praktisch für das Handy. Ich würde den empfehlen !!

Ist weich, gibt’s noch eine Armbandtasche dazu. Kann tragen während Yoga machen, laufen usw. ob man damit abnehmen kann braucht noch paar Zeit.

Der Bauchgürtel wurde schnell geliefert und wirkt hochwertig verarbeitet.Der Schwitzeffekt ist auf jeden Fall hoch.Man kommt mit dem Gürtel beim Training deutlich mehr ins schwitzen. Auch beim normalen tragen im Alltag kommt man etwas schwitzen. Es fühlt sich recht angenehm beim tragen an.Der Gürtel riecht wie es bei dem Material leider immer ist seeehr nach Neopren daher sollte man ihn vor dem ersten Tragen erst mal einen Tag Auskünften lassen.Ich hoffe das der Gürtel mir gut bei meinen Wassereinlagerungen hilft.Die Handytasche ist übrigens ein nettes Geschenk, werde sie defintiv benutzen.

Positiv überrascht
Um beim Training etwas Unterstützung im Oberkörperbereich zu haben, entschied ich mich für einen Bauchgürtel.Ich trage diesen Gürtel nun immer beim Training und bin positiv überrascht.Er wirkt unterstützend sowohl im Bauch- als auch Rückenbereich und das bei jeder Übung.Zum Beispiel wirkt er schon deutlich entlastend auf den Rücken, da man durch den Gürtel automatisch eine gerade Haltung einnimmt.Achtung Spoiler: Es wirkt nur in Verbindung mit Training - das reine Tragen dieses Gürtels bewirkt keine Wunder ;)Unter dem Gürtel kommt man beim Trainieren ordentlich ins Schwitzen, schon deutlich mehr als ohne Gürtel.Dennoch ist das Tragegefühl sehr angenehm und nicht störend.Das Material gut verarbeitet und kratzt nicht auf der Haut.Bisher bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt und kann es empfehlen diesen einmal auszuprobieren!

ceinture abdominal
Voulant perdre au niveau de la ceinture abdominale, j’ai commandé cette ceinture de très bonne qualité comme vous pouvez voir sur les photos.Grandes , l’accroche se fixe facilement et accroche même pour les sports « haute intensité ».En bonus un sac de transport et un bracelet pour le portable et une bande élastique.

La mejor faja que he tenido,perfecta
Está faja es de una calidad excepcional,no le encuentro ningún fallo....la longitud es lo suficientemente larga para adaptarse a cualquier medida,la anchura es bastante grande,con lo cual la superficie que cubre es mucho superior a otras fajas que he tenido y que al ser estrechas se me terminaban enrrollando y eran incomodisimas de llevar,está se mantiene perfecta en su sitio y comprime y sujeta muy bien. La zona del velcro es bastante ancha,con lo cual no se despega. El material del interior me tiene enamorada,es de una calidad increíble,no sabría definirlo,pero no es el tipo de espuma negra que tienen habitalmente,con lo que no tiene pinta de que vaya a partirse y a caersele los trozos como otras que he tenido. Yo me la he comprado para ver si consigo reducir la tripita que me ha quedado de mi tercer embarazo,y me la pongo mientras realizó las tareas de casa,el efecto de calor y el sudar está asegurado...además me ha ayudado bastante con los dolores de riñones que sufro por coger a mi bebé en brazos,ya que los sujeta de manera espectacular. Yo recomiendo lavarla a mano con un poco de jabón neutro,porque a mí personalmente me da miedo que se estropee en la lavadora...otro punto a su favor es que se seca rapidisimo. Para hacerla más perfecta aún,el vendedor incluye una mochilita que se pone en el brazo,que para la gente que hace deporte viene genial. Ottimo aiuto alla sudorazione.
La fascia si presenta ben rifinita nelle cuciture e resistente nei materiali, facile da indossare e regolabile con lo strap. Costituita da tessuto nella parte esterna e in un materiale gommoso nella parte interna.Utilizzabile per qualsiasi tipo di attività fisica;la funzione principale è quella di far perdere liquidi e quindi potenzialmente grasso nella zona addominale / fianchi.Indossandola si avverte subito un aumento di temperatura con conseguente sudorazione soprattutto durante un'attività fisica..Comodissima anche come supporto alla schiena o contenimento dell'addome.I materiali sono antiallergici , il tessuto (lavabile) elastico e confortevole.Provato ancora un paio di volte ..ovviamente ci vorrà del tempo per vedere eventuali risultati sul corpo.In regalo un comodo e bello porta cellulare/mp3 in tessuto da braccio.Per la fascia di prezzo è un ottimo prodotto, Consigliato.

Si suda davvero!
Ho preso questa fascia per un aiuto in più per l'allenamento della zona addominale.La uso mentre mi alleno, mentre creo nuove coreografie di danza del ventre, quando vado a fare una camminata veloce, e anche quando faccio le pulizie a casa, insomma la si può utilizzare in moltissimi momenti della giornata!È confortevole e si adatta bene al corpo, si avvolge intorno alla vita, si stringe bene e si chiude con lo strappo, più semplice di così non si può!Sinceramente all'inizio ero un pochino scettica sul fatto che facesse sudare molto, anche perché io sudo raramente e pochissimo! Invece mi sono dovuta ricredere, dopo una mezz'ora abbondante di allenamento quando ho tolto la fascia avevo le goccioline di sudore sia sull'addome sia sulla fascia! Sono rimasta impressionata, funziona davvero!!!La consiglio per aumentare i risultati del vostro allenamento, soprattutto ora che arriva l'estate!
