Kinda. As described. Didn't end up using them.
They're very narrow. It also felt like it I was on a ramp. I felt like I ultimately found the hight but either arch support.

So upset that these are so hard and no where near memory foam. No arch support what so ever.

Bought for my daughter’s marching band shoes to make them more comfortable. Mission failed. She said they did not help at all and made the shoes way too tight. They fit into the shoes easily, were easily removable, and washable. Just not the level of comfort expected.
