These are sooooo pretty! They can skip a hole here and there requiring you to snip it now and then. But I think it's worth it considering how easy it is to layer the intricate butterfly over the solid one with a different color. They also offer versatility in that you can use the small ones that are embossed by themselves or the larger ones without a backing. I found them easy to work with once I got the hang of the type of paper/cardstock that works best for me. Takes a little trial and error to find what works best for you. The dies are easy to store with the cardboard envelope they come in.

These are so gorgeous. I have cut out and embossed many colors of the set now with my Cuttlebug.My cutting sandwich in order of bottom upwards: A Plate, C Plate, Bounce (dryer softener sheet), Card Stock, Wax Paper (I use Deli paper), Die facing down, B Plate. I run it back and forth to get a good cut. Then I emboss by leaving the solid cutout in the Die, then replacing the C Plate with a B Plate and adding an embossing mat and another B Plate.The deli paper cutout is also very beautiful, and I will be using them on my cards.

These are super adorable. I have a cuttlebug. The dies have to be run through several times. If it still needs to be run through again, the paper will line up easily after being popped out. Using several sheets of dryer sheets will help with the embossing.

This die makes the most beautiful butterflies. I mostly use the larger die with the scroll work. I have cut this out of glitter scrapbook paper in several colors and it is always very pretty, I just glue the solid piece to the card and the scroll work piece on top of that bending the wings open somewhat. Makes beautiful cards!

I am so glad I ordered the butterflies folder. I love it and it has added so much to my designs, that it is just unreal !! The price was good and delivery was awesome. the smallest lacy butterfly did not punch out well in my Big Shot. I tried putting it through twice, placing it in different positions, using wax paper and finally gave up in frustration. The other 3 worked o.k. i noticed on another forum that others had the same problem.

Lovely dies I suggest only use thin card as I had trouble getting dies to cut. My big shot is new also had trouble with grand calibur, but after much patients I had beautiful butterflies .

Very Nice. Put wax paper between die and card stock it will be easier to remove.

Wonderful dies.They cut and release well. Superb embossing on them and a really sensible size.I am more than happy with this purchase.
