Mikale 3 Inch Ceramic Paring Knife with Sheath.soft Grip Pink Handle

Love this knife! The color is very pretty, the blade is very sharp, and the size is perfect for a lunchbox which is where I keep mine. I use it to slice fruits, vegetables, and the basics with no problem.

I've only ever used this knife to cut apples so perhaps it would work stellar on other things, but I miss using my regular knife for the job. However, I live in a dorm room where we can't have knives with blades longer than 3", so I had to go with this. Beggars can't be complainers, I suppose. It gets the job done.I'm not sure if it's because the blade is so short or too dull, but it doesn't cut as cleanly as a larger knife. When cutting my apples into slices I have to angle it to use more of the tip and make small slicing motions or end up with the intended slice cracking off, lol. Perhaps I am just using the knife outside of its capabilities and the fault lies with me.I do like the handle, both the color and the grip. I also really like the sheath it comes with, since I keep the knife stored in a desk drawer. I didn't even notice until the second time I used it that the sheath has little apple-shaped cutouts in it! How cute.If I had the means to sharpen a ceramic blade I would see if that helps, but oh well. I can't complain. Hopefully when I have my own kitchen again I can find other uses for it; until then I'll continue to use it to carefully slice my apples.

This knife was not sharp, I have had ceramic knives that you could peal potatoes with, this one was not one for that..very dull

I absolutely love this knife...so much so I bought two other ceramic knives. They are very sharp- so watch out, but they work really. I appreciate the cover to protect both the blade and my fingers!

Nothing close to my stainless steel knives which I keep sharpened. For those who have no sharp knives, you will think they are great. For me, I am looking for somewhere to donate them. My picnic knives are sharper than these, but these are sharper than some of my friends and family have in their kitchen, but I'm not sure sharp knives would be safe in their hands. If you have dull knives you don't want to sharpen, you will love these, but please don't gift them to me.

Wish it was a little smaller, like a paring knife. Little hard for me personally to hold.

I needed a knife to keep in my dorm room to use for things that a plastic knife doesn't quite cut. This one does the job nicely and I like that it has a cover to I don't have to worry about putting it in the box with my food.

So pretty and the sheath has little apples on it which is perfect because I bought this to eat apples at work. Perfectly comfortable in my hand. It's reasonably sharp for its purpose.
