Mic Furry Windscreen, VMP+ Deadcat Windshield Compatible with Rode VideoMic Pro+ Plus Camera Microphone

This fits Rode VideoMic Pro+ very well. I see a few people say it will not fit. I understand why they think this. At first I thought I was sent he wrong thing. It does fit though it's just very snug, it fits over the existing foam cover. It helps if you use two hands to hold the bottom on the sides of the battery compartment, gently pull it between the foam and battery compartment. Pull it all the way back and it fits quite nicely, there is an elastic band that goes around the control buttons at the edges but you still have nice access. It's quite plush and works well minimizing wind noise. It looks and fees as good as any deadcat I've used in the past.

I’ve read other comments about this product not fitting the VMP+ However, you just need to take the proper time to attach it properly. You have to work it back from the inside of the wind muff.

I use this on my Rode VideoMic Pro+ and it does the job. The fit is perfect and it's held up over extended use and travel. Cheaper than Rode's own model at the time I purchased it, and worth a look. Recommended.
