These are freeze dried fresh and are vacuum sealed in the number 10 can that comes with a plastic lid that is used to reseal after opening between servings.Perfect to use in recipes or as a snack being very delicious and healthy.I like to add these to my hot oatmeal breakfast bowl with a pinch of sugar, perfection.Super to keep for longer term storage of up to 30 years of shelf life…warning: mine never last that long as these are a favorite to munch on straight from the can as a healthy tasty snack at anytime. GREAT DISCOVERY: AUGASON FARMS
Augason Farms is a brand I recently discovered. I first bought the apple chips, then these strawberries, then their banana chips, and next the veggie blend. Not a flaw in any of them! Perfect. I can snacl on any of the fruity items, or cook with the veggies...not sure yet about snacking on the veggies.....Now, AUGASON FARMS is a brand I trust to deliver good tasty food. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO YOUR TASTE BUDS.

Great value for this.
Always a excellent option. I buy alot of these. They don't go bad in fridge like fresh. Go great mixed in yogurt and cereal. Stay good quite a while.

Great Quality!
These are fantastic! I was surprised as to how crisp and flavorful they are. Surprisingly tart and not bland at all. Quality is top notch. I bought them to add to my corn flakes cereal and they did not disappoint! Interested now what else this brand offers for freeze dried fruits.

Only half a can
I don't know what to "star" this. The strawberries taste good(so 5 stars there) but the containers are half full...just make them smaller or fill them up.Pictures is the amount right after opening.

Great! Yes there’s powder at the end but not a deal breaker
Large can full of “fresh” freeze dried strawberries. A lot of reviews mention powder at the bottom and yes, this is definitely true. A bit messy at the end for those who eat the strawberries as is; probably not a problem for those who use it in recipes. It’s not so much a problem that I wouldn’t buy again and I’m not sure how a company would avoid it given the amount of shipping the product endures.
