10x Magnifying Mirror - Makeup, Bath & Travel 10x

I'm at an age where I must wear strong reading glasses (+3.0) for any up close activity like reading or sewing. This is a problem when applying eye makeup because the glasses get in the way.This mirror is perfect for me! It measures 6.75" in diameter so it's quite generous. The mirror is 10X magnification for it's plenty strong enough for me to pluck my eyebrows, too, without missing even the tiniest stray hairs. The mirror is concave so I can see a large area of my face. There is no distortion at all.This mirror also has a strong suction cup on a swivel base so you can attach it to a table, wall or medicine cabinet and then angle the mirror so that you have a perfect, hands-free view. The suction cup is tightened down by turning the base in one direction and released by turning it in the opposite direction. It holds firmly and I've had no issues with it slipping or falling off the wall.The frame is a chrome-painted plastic so it's light weight, too.If you need strong reading glasses for up close work, this mirror will probably work well for you for applying make-up, tweezing eyebrows or shaving. The price is very reasonable, too.

This worked out great for my needs, although I have only used it a few days. It sticks to the mirror well and has the ability to pivot which is a nice feature. This will not work for everyone, 10x is very strong. For people with no vision issues, this may be way to strong for you. My reading vision is blurry, I am currently using reading glasses around a +2.50 so this mirror works well for me as I was having to use reading glasses to see myself close up in a regular mirror. When I first looked in the mirror, I though it might be to strong but you have to sort of find you sweet spot as to how close you need to be. I have to get fairly close to it to get a clear view. The mirror itself is very clear, no distortion. I would recommend this for those with blurry close up/reading vision that is around a +2.50 or higher.

Too big; I wanted to affix it to the cosmetic mirror flat in my automobile. Nice mirror otherwise, it just was bigger than I thought it would be.

I have gone through 2 mirrors. There is a black ring attached to the suction cup and it breaks and the mirror falls from what it is stuck to. They replaced the first free of charge and I though I would try it again, maybe a one time deal. NO, it wasn't the second one did the same thing. Needs a better design, definite design flaw. Will not purchase another mirror their company. Paid 12.00 for it now it is 6.99. Tells you something about the product.

Does what it says with exception to comments about affixing to any smooth surface. I don't agree with that...it only worked on a mirror. It fell off any other surface I used. I even thought I could put it on slick smooth tile, it fell and the entire circumference was buggered up making it look nasty cheap.It was nice while it lasted. It should last just fine for you if you affix on a mirror. I would give four stars if they removed the misleading comments that it can be affixed on any smooth surface.

This was much better than I expected for the price. It's magnifying is as good as the one I have and paid $80 for. The suction cup feature is not just a plastic disk, it is a whole system that you turn to fasten it on the surface and turn to remove. I tried it on windows and bathroom tile and it held very well. I wanted it for a trip and it packs well, not taking up much room. Tho this was not a Prime item, it arrived in less than a week and was packaged well.

This is a Great mirror, especially for the price! It is sturdy, easily attached to a mirror - not a rubber suction, but a thick plastic suction with a twistable lock to keep it in place. This is the perfect mirror for tweezing eyebrows and close up make-up needs. You have to have be right up to the mirror for it to focus, but I have not found that troublesome at all. You won't be disappointed! I have never reviewed a product online before, and have been so satisfied with this product that I had to share.

i like the magnification, value and size but when i sticked it to the bathroom mirror it did not last long enough and it fell.
