Quality preworkout
Tastes great, decent pre-workout with little crash, only reason its not 5 star is because a different shaker came to the one advertised without the mixer. Can't fault the pre workout

i have try until now cherry colla and icy blast.For those who complaining about the itchiness its a side effect from the alanine there are pre workout without alanine,anyway you can used to the itchiness and sometimes its gone completely
