Use these for modelling. Perfect size and very precise.

Reasonable quality. Tools are definitely necessary for piececool model assembly. Maybe a little highly priced as any set of precision pliers could be used, however the clippers fit nicely into the cut outs on the model sheets for piece removal. Only half way through building my first kit with them so far so can't comment on thier lifespan, although don't expect them to need replacing.

Very handy for being the metal models. The larger one can also be used to twist the tabs which is very handy.

Tried to work on a 3d metal model using small side cutters, but every cut left a tag to be filed off. Sent for the Piececool cutters and plier set, what a difference they made. Cutters are small but very precise, flat edge fits into tiny areas and the cut is neat and as flat as you make it. The plier set have slightly rounded edges and folding metal parts was easier than how I was doing them. Well worth the money.
