Ordered two. Poor instructions when parts aren't identifiable without letters indicating which board and which direction. Having assembled dozens of ikea like drawers, desks, beds etc. This 20 minute exercise took more than an hour. Unscrewing a screw only destroyed the chipboard where it was held. One of the suspension file holders was also broken which just added to the frustration. I will be going back to a fully assembled more sturdy models for my offices in the future. I will add that the many of the routed holes were also misaligned so have screw heads sticking out.

Even though the dimensions are listed, this product is significantly smaller than it looks and is good for personal use but not in a large office. I gave it a 3 star because of the size and the price. It is definitely not a good value for money.

I bought this to replace my filing cabinet, which had gotten quite worn. Overall, I probably wouldn't buy this again, but it will do for a few years.First, let me echo the other reviewers: the instructions on this piece make it quite difficult to assemble, and this is not helped by the fact that all of the hardware (screws, cams, cam-locks, etc) come in one huge jumbled bag. Separating out the parts, and putting stickers that label each piece of wood, has become pretty standard these days, and Safco needs to catch up with the new standard in flat-pack furniture.Second, the hanging file portion of this cart doesn't hold enough in the way of files. Becaue the plastic inserts are sloped, you can only put about 75% as many files as you would otherwise expect to be able to, given the length. This is a big disappointment.Finally, the pull-out drawers feel exceptionally cheap.Let's finish with the good: the materials are nice-looking (except for the plastic pieces) and the construction is rock-solid. So it should last and look decent, it just doesn't do the job that you'd expect very well.For about $40, this could be a great cart. Sadly, you can see that the price is far more than that.

This is the only paper solution that have 8 open spots and an opening top area to manage your files. This is byfar amazing! Honestly i read the 1 and 2 star reviews and i was a bit shaky on this decision, but it really comes down to the actual user experience. Mine: 5/5 for easy access of papers, user friendly bins to pull out and easy to pull out the sliding trays! The trays make very useful banks for any loose papers that are “on hold” status :)

I needed this product to hold important articles as I have returned back to school. It rolls around, fits in small places, and it has slots on the side where I placed books and stationary.

Even when the instructions to put together could be better, like maybe put the Letter in the different panels just to make it easier, it took me around an hour to put it together by myself and it's just what I needed it. Very sturdy and so far, all good. I will recommend it.

As others have reported, the instructions are not that great and the parts are not labelled. However, It isn't too difficult to figure out the correct layout by looking at the pictures. Mine arrived damaged and Amazon had to step in and send me a replacement as it was ineligible for return...not really sure why. What I would point out is that this unit is rather poorly constructed. I seriously doubt it will last very long which is rather disappointing given the price. Had I seen it beforehand I would have kept looking.

Thanks to other reviewers, I knew to expect unlabeled pieces. It was a bit frustrating given instructions used labeling but I was able to figure it out in a decent amount of time. Once all pieces were identified I put the cart together without any issues. It is sturdy and addresses my needs. I could also see where people did not like the limiting folder storage but I will get by. If anything, I would make an attempt to cut out the bottom of the folder container.
