Beachbody Performance Stack - 2 Products

Oh where do I begin.....The chocolate recovery formula has a decent taste (better than Shakeology) and not grainy. I was still sore the next day after my workout but “no pain no gain” , right?? It’s hard to know if I would be more sore if I hadn’t taken it so, whatever, I’m sure the amino acids are doing something for muscle repair so I will most likely purchase again. I give it 4 stars!The ENERGIZE formals is DEFINITELY not for people with any sort of caffeine intolerance or not a frequent caffeine consumer because let me tell you.....there needs to be a HUGE warning label on it😡 The first day I started w/ a half scoop and felt nothing. The next day I thought I would be fine for the full 1 scoop serving w/ 8 oz of water. Within three minutes of drinking this formula my lips started to feel numb and within minutes after that my legs, feet, toes, arms, hands, and fingers were tingling and my heart started racing. I thought I was going to jump out of my skin ( I kind of wanted to just to escape the feeling). My thoughts started racing and I felt FOCUS on every sensation happening to by body. There was no way I could workout in that state let alone go to work later that morning. I felt like a squirrel on crack!! I was praying and making promises to myself for 45 mins for the feeling to go away. After three hours and 32oz of water later the sensations finally started to dull down. It took 10 hrs for one serving of that stuff to finally start wear off!! Never again for me!!! I just wanted a boost to help me get through a BEACHBODY workout not a psychedelic trip experience😱 -10 stars!!!!

This is absolutely awesome. I'm doing Insanity: Max 30 and I like to do after work. However I'm always exhausted after work, but the E&E gives that awesome boost of energy ⚡ which makes me go through the workout at my best. The Recovery drink tastes good and I "think" it's working. I can't really tell yet.

Love energize I use it before every work out. This recovery tastes a lot better than other beach body chocolate products. Pair it with milk and it takes like a chocolate milk

I love these two products. I did the test group for The Master's Hammer & Chisel program and was lucky enough to be able to utilize the products during the training. At the time, I wasn't really able to say how much I thought they were helping me, because I'd never done the workout without using these products. Once the test group trial was over, I continued to do the workouts, but wasn't able to use the supplements because they hadn't been put on the market yet. I totally noticed a difference. I felt like without the Energize, my workouts tended to be a bit more sluggish and I wasn't able to push myself as much. Regarding the Recover supplement, I wasn't able to find a protein powder that matched the nutrients found in this one. Beachbody truly uses the best ingredients and I like knowing that I'm putting the things I need back into my body vs a bunch of chemicals. And I love the taste (I don't feel like it leaves you with any sort of funky aftertaste like some protein powders do). Definitely two thumbs up for these!!!

Energizer definitely gave me a boost in getting through my early morning workouts.The Choc recover tasted great and really helped with decreasing muscle soreness.Great products!!

Taste so good! And the results is amazing.

These products are a little pricey but worth it. Energize provides good energy for my workouts. Recover helps minimize my soreness.
