1. Gently open the tin and carefully measure out the desired amount of matcha powder (1 tsp. / 0.07 oz for regular matcha, 2 tsp. / 0.14 oz for thick paste matcha, or adjust according to personal preference for matcha latte). 2. Sift the matcha powder to remove any clumps and ensure a smooth consistency. 3. Add hot water (176°F) to the bowl or mug. 4. For regular matcha (usucha), whisk vigorously for 15 seconds until frothy. 5. For thick paste matcha (koicha), mix slowly, moving back and forth until fully combined. 6. For matcha latte, whisk vigorously for 15 seconds, add milk, and adjust the ratios to taste. 7. Enjoy your matcha tea immediately, sipping it while the tea leaves are still suspended in the water for the best taste and experience.
