Batteries work just like the original GoPro ones. When you turn the device on it does display a warning that they are not genuine Batteries but it does not affect battery life or any other functionality. Much better than paying double for the GoPro branded ones. The option of USB-C or Micro USB charging is a huge plus.

Just got the two battery packs and just one battery worked, wrote to Wasabi directly and was amazed by the fast response and they even sent me a new battery free of charge right away, happily surprised, and would recommend their products. So far everything is working fine.

I loved the value you get with this package! ALSO... what I REALLY love is the included Charger was able to bring my original GoPro MAX battery BACK TO LIFE!!! It wasn’t holding a charge any more and maxing out about 30% charge since I left it connected to my computer for about 2 weeks. This included Charger did the trick AND it came with 2 more batteries for me to use!

I have purchased Wasabi brand batteries for several devices and have not been disappointed, especially considering the price point. Granted, the OEM may have a bit more capacity, but it isn't worth the price difference to me. I would not hesitate to buy again!

I bought these batteries cause the original one started to last less and less but I don’t remember even as new to last as long as these ones plus that the price is way better than the GoPros…

Batteries failed quickly in cold weather. Took the MAX skiing this past winter. Noticed that in cold weather the batteries last at most 10 minutes before the unit shuts off. GoPro branded batteries lasted much longer. Both sets of batteries failed if I left the camera exposed to the elements for long periods of time. Had to put away the camera in my backpack between uses. These batteries otherwise work fine in normal temperatures. Mountain biking - check. Water skiing - check. Hiking - check. Everyday use and vlogging - check.

Doesn't seem to have a long battery life. After just hour 2 if I keep turning on and off., battery is dead have to recharge. I use it as emergency back up when original goes dead

Haven't used the batteries yet but they are sitting fully charged waiting for me to switch out with the other battery in my GoPro MAX, so I always have one ready to go.
