Yes it can my daughter has fine hair and it's my staple for her.

No, it doesn't. It does help with frizzies with the natural ingredients it uses.

Tea tree has a minty/tea tree smell but it also seems to me to be a much lighter conditioner, while Smooth as silk is a deeper condition. I love this stuff! Also, the magnetic version.

I won't use it again. Doesn't work and does smell
