Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I could not understand why a very simple equipment could go wrong. The wheels against the rod are too tight that it does not roll. It an utter waste of time as I waited a long time to receive it due to a delay in delivery. And when it finally arrived, I did not even get a notification in my post box that it was handed to my neighbour. Also, even though putting them together is common sense, there is no assembly instruction/guide included. Overall, AVOID at all cost!

Unusable due to the centre hole on one wheel not being circular. It's only slight but it's enough to render it unusable.This arrived in a beaten-up box and the centre pole looks fairly cheap and not sturdy. It was tough to get the first wheel on but I did it. The second wheel was impossible and it is clear that it's not a circle and the inner plastic makes it too small to fit on.The knee mat had been folded to fit the box and so was bent-up rather than flat.It's a bit if a quality control failure.I'm sending it back for a refund and will try another brand.

wonderful and sturdy, very soft and firm for practicing exercise. but strengthen your spine before in the gym to practice this exercise, because as it is a difficult exercise can injure your spine and become sore as it happened to me, and with this it is 3 weeks that I can not use the pain because of so much pain

I bought one of these after asking my calisthenics group what is the best exercise for core strength, Dragon Flags or Leg Raises? A load of people came back and said for me to try an Ab Wheel. I am sceptical of most exercise equipment but I am really pleasantly surprised.There are plenty of videos online where they advise on the best exercises dependent upon your ability, but I am definitely a convert.The wheel is well made and pretty stable, I weigh approximately 95kg and it handles my weight pretty well :)For the price, you can't really go wrong!

The baddest!!!God it works your abs, would snap a picture but only just started last week. Would defo recommend and for the price was presently surprised by the quality. Well worth every penny (won't say and more) as they'll put the price up. 😉

I bought this wheel for my 6 year old granddaughter for her gymnastics training and when it arrived it was larger than I expected but she is able to use it and it has tightened her abs and excellent for her strength.

Easy to put together. Rolls smoothly. Can take a very heavy person using it. Well made and great value. The only thing was this was a present and the box arrived extremely battered. Had to give it to her without the box.

As described, good quality, really stable. Came with a little pad for your knees, it is a really useful plus to the order. Recommend it to anyone looking for a wheel and at such an amazing price!
