I'm new to the Kratom Kraze. So any info I can get is greatly appreciated. I am interested in Kratom because of depression and anxiety. Is there a particular type of Kratom that is better for that. Between the Whites, Reds and Greens, not to mention the different types within each color. It's hard to figure out. I do know I'm not interested in one that would make me sleep or drowsy. Also could you recommend a reputable source for buying. Thank you for this Book! It has helped in the beginning stages of my quest to find a natural alternative to Cymbalta and Tramadol.

Too General
Same info is on wiki for free. No info as to types or varieties of Kratom, and what differences may exist between them. Nothing said as to what doses to use etc.Plus it is tragically out of date for US readers as the pending classification of Kratom as a Schedule 1 drug effective 30 September 2016 puts it in the same category as heroin.

Interesting and hopeful read. We have two questions. Where can one purchase this product with reliability and without any adulteration . Dosage info ?

Easy read with lots of information and history I’m not really sure about this plant but anything is better than Dino one, methadone or any of those drugs that cause more damage than help.
I would recommend anyone who is struggling with an addiction and wants to stop to give this a try rather than suboxen or methadone. I have had several people say Kratom saved there lives.
