Very soothing
Very soothing for tired eyes. I keep mine in the refrigerator, but they can also be warmed in the microwave (for a very short period) or warmed in a glass of hot water. Nice to keep on hand. I spend way too much time on line and/or reading.

Too cold
Purchased these for a cool compress after I had eye surgery and they were okay. I wish they came with a fabric cover over them because it was way too cold without one.

I bought these hot & cold cucumber eye pads for my daughter who is a surgical vet nurse and she absolutely loves them! 3. Is all I can give, they feel nice once they freeze but they don’t stay cold very long, at most? 15 minutes. other than that, they’re fine.

Cool and relaxing
These are great for the price! I popped them in the freezer and they provided a really nice cooling effect on my eyes. Not sure if they really “did” anything, but they’re relaxing to use.
