I inadvertantly ordered the wrong batteries for my handicap mobility chair. The seller, Casil, no only is taking it back, and absorbing the cost, but is replacing them with the ones I need, and, is doing this free of charge, and, at a considerable expense.

Not a Good value for the money, stay away batteries didn't even last 9 months.

Order issue on my part but this company went out of there way to work it out. Will order correct batteries in the future from them.

So originally rated a one star originally purchased these batteries on October 9th 2024 by October 25th they were completely dead no matter if I charged them or not they practically left me stranded with a dead power scooter after only 2 weeks of use contacted customer support they sent me 2 replacements rather quickly definitely pleased with communication put the new batteries in they work as they should for now fingers crossed so far satisfied we will see if these last within a months time…still annoyed I had to request replacements for the original batteries that were sent because they were practically bad on arrival and for that I upgraded to three stars…
