Brilliant for getting those "bits and slime" off the bottom of your pool
This was the most surprising and underrated item I purchased for our new above ground pool project. I'll be honest I got it as a bit of a joke and a novelty....well the joke was on me. I was amazed how much this little marvel sucked up. And the bag is very close so very little except water escapes. Cant praise this enough. However....the threaded part which joins the pole to the unit snapped, but I put this more down to operator error than the item. Few blobs of super glue later and it's working fine again.

Lot of effort for little reward
Purchased on the basis of previous excellent reviews. The reality: Won't suck up algae off a smooth pond liner, so not worth the effort of putting it together and then running and connecting a hose and of course, uses a huge a amount of water in the process. Works with floating debris but so does a 50p net!

Product works well, but there are a lot of tadpoles in the pond at present. So waiting until later in the summer to clean the pond again

I had to glue to pole into the attached screw fitted head as when screwing in it broke on first use.

Good vacuum for ponds
Husband said this vacuum works really well in our pond he is very pleased with it clears debris out of pond would recommend.
