It works!
This is a 12v 1 amp plug in adapter to covert 120v AC power. It has a connector for a 3 pin computer fan. I plugged this in and it worked instantly to power a 12v computer fan being used to cool a free standing gateway/nvr device. Soon after, the internal temperature of the device dropped 20 degrees C. This adapter is working fine. It is a bit hard to unplug the fan connector from the adapter’s connector. But this is attributed to the type of connectors being used, which has a tight locking tab that needs to be lifted to unplug. I am pleased with this item.

Great for powering fans
I got this to power some fans I had harvested from my old computer case before switching to a larger, newer model of the case I was using. Currently I use one of these at work to power a fan to increase airflow and it's been working great since I've bought it last year. The power going through it is consistent based on my measurements and I never heard my fan suddenly speed up or down as well. I plan on eventually ordering more for the other fans I harvested for other projects such as cooling my Nintendo switch or for ventilation purposes. Overall I highly recommend this to people looking to repurpose computer fans.

Fan Works Great With Direct Connect Power.
Very great addition. This product did and does exactly what I need. USB connection limited the fan. The AC/DC connection nearly makes the fan run at maximum power which is what I was looking for and needing.

Just What I needed
I purchased the AC to 12V DC 1A output adapter with a 3-pin or 4-pin PWM connector for a project I was working on, and it fit perfectly with the fume extractor I was building. The adapter's build quality is excellent, and it performed exactly as needed.

Works but expensive.
Hey, it works but it's kind of expensive for what it is. Just a AC wall charger with a fan connector on the end.

Nice Fan power adapter versatile in how you could use and great for pretesting fans before install.
Perfect, I have had a few noisy 120mm PC fans recently, this adapter is nice as I can pre-test fans before spending the time to bolt them into my PC with 4 screws. You could also use to power an entertainment cabinet fan to keep PC or electronics cool, I did something like that for a PC with good GPU that was house in cabinet so that air flows from large 300mm fan in front and then out back of case and out entertainment cabinet. Keeps temps nice! Provides the power needed to one fan well, I test with RGB dan and it ran quiet had no problems powering both the fan and the LED's.

Perfectly sized for the Noctua fan, doesn't get too hot
Simple installation, works well. I've added an on/off switch PWM controller (reviewed separately) and the two work well together.
