Everything came in working order and with nothing missing. I was a bit skeptical as this was sold and shipped by Koozam but says DJI on the actual product page. A great starter kit for everything to get off the ground with your drone. I've had this particular product since October and everything is still in working order with regular professional production use. The backpack is definitely a plus and fits all the accessories needed to fly the Phantom. The only problem I have with this kit is the LED strips. They are a bit sketchy to set up and require trying to attach wires to the inside of the battery terminals. I haven't even attempted to put them on the drone. Other than that, everything else in this kit is awesome.

Accessories are a JOKE!!!! Cheap Chinese junk. The lens cleaner was just thrown in the box and was walked on before hand. The back pack is a laptop back pack that may be cost $5.00. The only part of this combo that has any value or quality are the DJI controller and Mini5 Pro. JUST BUT THE DJI FLY MORE COMBO BY ITSELF AND SAVE ALOT OD MONEY!!!

Does not fly good if there happens to be the slightest wind blowing when you are flying it. The connectivity of drone to RC was surprisingly very poor. But camera and the other capabilities the new mini five possess makes it worth buying

The first thing is that the drone arrived on time. It was a little strange though that the box came within a beat up box that look like it was used repeatedly for something else. Regardless, once I took out the official DJI drone box, it was sealed and in tact. The accessories though, weren't worth it. They were just cheap stuff with their name stamped all over it. Now, I type cheap but if you're one that maybe didn't have the extra funds to get the things included and/or it's just not a big deal to you, you're good to go! For me, it didn't matter. I didn't know it would be the most basic of things but I was grateful it was at least included until I get what I want specifically. It's a pretty decent beginner set if you will. So, yes cheap. But, nice to have until you get whatever you want. The one thing I thought was wrong was how the memory card was very obviously stolen. Yes, I typed STOLEN. If you've ever purchased a mini SD-card you'll know some of the types of packaging they come in. The one I received - just the reader. And, it was in the plastic of the package (not the card storage box) without the cardboard type of packaging it's usually in. And that looked like it was quickly taped up with clear box tape. The actual MINI MEMORY CARD was missing. I mean, that's one of the biggest part of getting a drone - the memory card! Now, I will give credit in that I contacted them immediately and let the seller know what happened. They sent me a new card which I received in a couple of days. But, it was just a simple Amazon brand one. On my invoice it read I was to get a Samsung one (yes, brand really does matter). The messaging went like this: ME: Received everything in good condition. Except, for the SD/Micro card, it just came with the adapter (Lexar) which was encased in a hard piece of plastic. There was NO Micro SD card or packaging for it. It looks like someone literally took the Micro card out of whatever package and just threw the adapter in the box (with no packaging). I'd like to have the complete micro-SD card since that's what was suppose to come with it. You all need to check who's in shipping doing this. Because this was blatantly obvious. And whoever put that in there didn't even have the decency to put the micro sd card with it! Aside from that, the order is fine. I will though need the micro sd card. Thank you. As on the list it was to be 128GB and that's what this is. What I don't get though is that you all sent me an Amazon one. Not the Samsung one that's on the list of items to be in the box. I don't understand that. I mean, it's not my fault that someone shipped with with only the Lexar adapter and not the micro part. I mean, it wasn't even in a package but in the plastic shell, cut to the radius of the adapter and taped back together. I mean, you all couldn't even send one by SanDisk at least. So, at this point I'll just put things in the review. I spent a little over $1,700 with Koozam. Asking for a missing Micro SD card shouldn't be a big deal. I got this drone for professional use. And any professional would tell you, there's no way I'm going to put anything on some cheap, low quality Amazon Basics micro sd-card. I'll just have to get a proper one myself. A cleaning cloth. Drone backpack. Landing pad for Drones. strobe lights. Card reader. I guess Samsung evo 128GB was suppose to just mean random. Of this entire order, you want me to believe you just have a box of random micro sd cards laying about and you just throw whatever in. Ok. If that's how you do things then so be it. I do hope you focus more though on the the person that shipped me that adapter only that wasn't even in an official package. Look, we're done. I got the drone and the fly combo. That's the main thing. Thank you. Some may see me as being petty. And that's fine. But, being a photographer one of the main things that makes it all happen is a proper memory card. This isn't the highest end of them but, it's WAY better than some Amazon basic! So, that's my experience with this order and company. This wasn't DJI but a 3rd party (which isn't usually a big deal anyway). I don't have an issue with this company and what was sold necessarily. But, I just find it hard to believe I'm suppose to look at a very specific description on an order and be told to expect randomness. Oh and they never addressed the original card being shipped with a stolen memory card. As I typed, the drone was the main thing. The rest of the stuff was a bonus if you will (though not worth the increase in price and that's a fact). The shipping was on point considering when it was to be delivered. The ban that was on the horizon at the time had me very anxious. And though it was a day late, they still got it to me in time if you will. That's it from me. I've worked in C.S. and this was just, well, an odd experience.

My Phantom 3 Pro came sooner than I expected which is great. The Phantom 3 Pro exceeded my expectations and it is so much fun to fly. I have a photography studio and a wedding I will be shooting this weekend has a Star Wars theme. I am waiting on permission to fly it inside the church for some awesome pics and video. The bundle is great because the more batteries the better. I love the case because it holds everything and is also a back pack. The carry system that is like a harness is pretty much useless unless you are a smaller person. Very happy with seller and product and would purchase from both without hesitation.

New! Out of box. All it does is give error code and refers to updates. After updating still will not work! This was a waste of money. Junk!

I bought this to use in my work. Can't complain about what I got. Exactly as promised. I'm getting use to it, and have high hopes it will do what i need.

The drone was just what I was expecting. I had difficulties loading the DJI go app on anything but an Apple product, and found on the box that it is compatible with iPad mini 2 and up, and iPad Air. I bought a designated mini just for this drone. I had several other small tablets, not Apple, but they said they were not compatible when I tried to install the apps. Some feeds say there are other apps to use on android devices, but I prefer to stick to the actual DJI app. What can I say, this drone is intelligent, fun and takes great photos and video. I purchased it as a gift for my spouse and now I want one for myself.
