Works great
Nice out-of-the-way replacement for an SD Gecko, which I thought looked kinda bulky sticking out of the front of my GameCube. Once configured which took seconds, worked perfectly. Very handy with GC loader PNP for saving settings, backing up Memory cards, running homebrew, etc.The one received was legit and worked great. Thought it wasn’t at first but turned out the SD card I ordered separately from Amazon was counterfeit/fake. Grabbed another Micro SD card I already had as a spare and was good to go!

The product is great quality and overall It is pretty good.
BE ADVISED! CHECK IF YOU ACTUALLY HAVE A SP2 PORT.Literally, the product picture is all you get, I don't expect nor want more. I can't really test it because I'm an idiot and didn't realize I don't have an SP2 on my Gamecube.Honestly, I thought all Gamecubes came with an SP2 port, but I am VERY mistaken. I hope you can learn from my mistake.

Perfect accompaniment to the GCLoader
I picked this up and an 8GB MicroSD card (smallest I could find....you don't need anything huge). I got it all set up via a YT tutorial on how to do it and I finally have the ability to use in-game reset back to the Swiss menu without having to manually turn the console off then back on again when I want to switch games. It's perfect. I was also able to change some of the other Swiss settings (like Force 480p mode always) and save those changed settings successfully to the card, etc.I highly recommend anybody using a GCLoader use this in accompaniment to change and save important settings and enable in-game reset (IGR) ability as well. However, your console needs to have an SP2 (Serial Port 2) port on the bottom in order for this to work.

Fits loose but works in both my Gamecubes
I was nervous buying this after seeing some of the loose no connectin reviews, however it worked absolutely fine for me in 2 Gamecubes.
