Best Steamer for the money!
This is hands-down the best steamer that I’ve ever owned! I’ve had floor steamers, clothing steamers, carpet cleaners … I’m kind of obsessed with steam because I love that it’s antimicrobial, antibacterial, and so easy.I researched a lot of models out there… There are several less expensive ones, by Wagner and other brands, but the amount, force, and temperature of this steam is one of the best on the market. It’s great for cleaning a floor, glass or for shooting steam into grout and grooves. It sanitizes every surface, and it creates a “dry” steam because it’s very hot so it doesn’t saturate appolstry, and you can use it on leather, like the interior of a car, without worrying about damaging it. The force of the steam is powerful, so be careful if steaming plastic as you could end up melting parts of it.I also chose this make and model because it has a bunch of accessories... and most of them fit into a convenient onboard compartment. It has nozzles to get in tight little grooves, brushes made of both nylon and metal to get out baked on stains like inside an oven, and even clean something like an outdoor grill. It also has a squeegee attachment, that does wonders for windows and mirrors. I wish it came with a large brush attachment for difficult floors, but I think that can be purchased separately. It’s also got a long hose and pole extensions so you can leave it on the floor and steam from ceiling to floor. I have a bad back, so I also like that it’s lightweight enough (even filled with water) to lift and carry when needed. Do not overfill the tank though, you must use distilled water, and measure carefully so it can build pressure inside the unit. The downsides: A full tank is 40ml of water and lasts about 40 minutes. You have to wait about a half hour for pressure to dissipate before you can unscrew the cap and refill and an additional 10 minutes after that to rebuild pressure and continue working. But that pressure building process is part of what sets this model apart from competitors.Another downside for me is that the handle of the gun gets hot over time and it has a grooved texture that hurt my hands if I’m working for a long time. So people who aren’t used to manual labor, might want to pad the handle or wear gloves. On the plus side, the gun also has a switch to keep it on without holding the trigger, for continual steam, but you use your water faster this way and you will loose pressure more quickly that way, requiring pauses to build it back up… so I only use that when steaming a floor.Overall it’s a fantastic product and well worth the money. This steamer cuts my cleaning time in half. I really have no regrets.

Wonderful, powerful, deep steam machine
FIVE STARS! I love it, super easy to use, so many great attachments. I've cleaned our bathroom, bedroom and hallway walls and baseboards. The manual says it holds 40oz of filtered water but I've been able to put in close to 50 and it hasn't overflowed. It takes about 10-12 minutes to heat up and last over an hour depending what I'm doing. I noticed that locking the trigger in place for constant flow, I get around 40 minutes of cleaning time. The only downside is because it uses pressure to heat the water, once the water is out you must allow the unit to depressurize before you can refill. This takes about 30 minutes then another 10 to reheat. This makes for long cleaning days when your goal is to steam clean several areas or items, but the end result is worth the time. The long hose and extension poles are great for not having to bend over as much or for those with back pain to sit down and still reach areas in need. The main unit also has a storage window and fits nearly all attachments. I was surprised by this feature and love it. Great touch! Due to the size of the unit, it is easy to maneuver it in several areas. I did purchase off brand cleaning pads, exactly as provided with the unit and that was a must have when cleaning walls and doors. Depending how dirty everything is you'll likely through a few pads. Warning, upon initial heat up, when pulling the trigger the air will flow out first causing water to dribble out. Keep the end attachment away from your body and preferably over a sink, tub, or towel to catch the excess release. Once all air is out, the steam flows nicely.

Good steam bad handle.
Creates a decent amount of steam. Like other users have already stated, it does take a while to warm up. My biggest gripe with it is the handle grips. It’s like they did a study to figure out which handle would be the most uncomfortable to use and went with that. The back of the handle, the part that makes contact with your palm, is designed with very deep horizontal lines that cut into your palm as you’re trying to maneuver the steam stick. Terrible design.
