Apple MacBook Air Mid-2019 with 1.6GHz Intel Core i5 (13-inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB Storage) Gold (Renewed)

I don't do any advanced computing or gaming and have zero need for a brand new high-end laptop. Being a fan of Apple products and ecosystem but not a fan of Apple pricing for new units, and needing a replacement for my previous 2010 Air that stopped charging and I could not manage to repair, I'm very pleased with this. For a very reasonable price I got what, if I didn't know any better, looks and performs like a new computer. The fact that it's six model years old doesn't matter for me and my use case. This laptop looks mint, booted up immediately with zero performance issues, and holds a good charge. I've gotten tons of daily use out of it and hopefully will for many years like I did my old Air, but at a fraction of the cost of buying new. Very happy with the purchase.

I got mine in november 2025 for my real estate exam because the exam only runs on macbook so i’d say it is just like brand new NOT EVEN 1 Scratch it does freeze a little if i’m on it for to long but powering it off and resting it does the trick , DOESNT HEAT UP ! Not a loud running computer ! the screen does glitch a little bit when i put it of full screen to watch something but it’s barely noticeable but i just watch netflix zoomed out ( as shown in the picture below ) this is a very good beginner macbook ! 🥰but besides all that it is a VERY GOOD PRODUCT 10/10 recommend JUST LIKE BRAND NEW !!!

This product was advertised to be in excellent condition BUT it was so far from that. It was not even usable. It was dirty with a sticker applied to the top and bottom of the laptop to cover blemishes and scratches/dents. The battery didn't work and had to be plugged in to run, battery health said "in need of service". This was advertised as 80% or better battery life. The machine took 3 hours to boot up and complete the setup process, the slowest running machine I have ever experienced. After clicking an option, it would take 10-20 minutes to open an app or move to the next step. This laptop obviously was never quality controlled, tested or cleaned before being sent. The only reason it gets one star is the return process is simple through Amazon, and I will get a full refund but will never trust this company with a refurbished laptop in the future. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and we were extremely disappointed on Christmas Day.

I never do reviews because I usually don’t have the time but I absolutely have for this MacBook , I was so skeptical so scared so nervous to purchase it because of how mixed the reviews were but I really needed a laptop for school so I prayed took a chance and brought it in “good condition” from platinum deals , it arrived on time and it CAME IN AMAZING CONDITION omg like I was so impressed there are some scratches but it’s too tiny to detect and I put a case cover over it , it came dead so please charge it immediately and the battery is okay the first night it did drain a bit fast but I had apps downloading so probably that’s why also it’s an 2019 model which in general the battery isn’t as long as the newer models but it still works super well ! Came in normal condition with a cycle count of “286” so pretty good I must say . Screen is in good condition no scratches and everything runs smoothly oh it doesn’t come with the latest update so you have to do that yourself but yeah other than that it’s a good buy and I recommend getting if you just want a MacBook I got it to mostly use it do schoolwork and assignments and it works perfectly for it . Ahhh so happy with my purchase ❤️

So far so good. Its working. Got this to replace the Mac that died and we just could not afford to put out the money to buy new again (it's daughters last year of college) we just hoping to get her through the next few months. But it's working well and she can't tell it's not the same as her old Mac. Great value

I would say it is excellent condition tho it had a few dings on each side and fingerprints that I cannot get off the screen at all (which doesn't hurt it's function) and the random sticker from the last owner had for the collage they went to on the keyboard being left. This was a great guy. It works as should. It's my first MacBook. I will say the battery doesn't last long if I just close the laptop without turning it off, but it lasts a good 6 or so hours while I'm working on it depending on what I'm doing I would recommend as everything works as it should.

So far so good , It’s a bit of a lag but it’s worth the money , no dents , I’m up @4a using , battery life could be better , very lightweight , why haven’t you bought one?

I went in very optimistic feeling like I had found a great deal on this Macbook Air. I have owned many Apple refurbished products in the past and have always had had a great experience. I will mentioned, that all of those refurbished product where purchased on the Apple site and not Amazon. My previous Macbook Air is from 2010 and it was also refurbished at the time of purchase and it's still kicking to this day. I wanted to update my tools as I am an Interior Designer and am in constant in person meeting with clients. Today was such an embarrassing day thanks to my new Macbook Air. I received this computer a few days ago, I downloaded that latest IOS and synced it with my iCloud. I started to notice that every time the computer sat idle it would completely shut down and after booting up every app and document would be erased. This happened several times and after messing around with some settings it seemed to be ok. Well today it happen again during a client meeting and my computer shut down in the middle of a presentation and tried to reboot 7 times. Mind you, the computer was fully charged and operating very simple task, a PDF file. That is all to say that this will get returned ASAP. I thought I was getting a great deal on this computer but I guess I will have to keep purchasing from Apple directly.
