Garbage F-
Item arrived with internal damage to LCD display. However, even if it was perfect it would still be garbage. It has the build quality and same cheap type of plastic used in a $5.00 meter, not a $2000 one. All parts are of the lowest quality construction possible. Everything about it feels cheap and unsafe. Manufactured with the high standards one would expect from the 12 year old sweatshop worker in TAIWAN who assembled this back alley abortion of a meter. I can not speak to the functionality of the unit because the display was broken. High price does not mean high quality, at least not in this case. Step it up Extech! - quit cutting corners and make products worthy of the ridiculous prices you charge!

Worked great.
The Extech 382100 worked as expected. This datalogger is very easy to use and the logged data is stored nicely as an Excel document on a SD card. This made making graphs and using the data very easy. The only thing I didn't like is the 2 second minimum interval for readings. This isn't fast enough to catch the starting amperage of a motor every time. Otherwise everything worked like a charm, saving us money and time.

Don't waste your time
Product is very slow to use. The menu system has too many layers and make you start over constantly. Just spend the money and buy a Fluke.

Works great!
Our company purchased this a year ago and have had it installed at a customers site monitoring some power problems due to the utility company denying any fault (as usual). We have pulled data from this every one to two months and never have any problems. The reports are easy use. If you don't understand the report, then no offense, you probably need to not use it. We are an industrial electrical contractor and it holds up well to our standards of quality and durability. I would not hesitate to buy another one, which we are about to do.

Broke in less than 2 months
Meter broke in just a couple months. I recommend just spending more for a higher quality meter.
