We bought this for our popup camper & it worked perfectly. Our old faucet was leaking & it was hard to find the perfect fit. So far so good for what we needed it for. I didn’t take a before pic ;(

The media could not be loaded. This is a pretty nice faucet, however, the directions had typos, confusing diagrams and was not specific to this model. there are parts listed that don’t actually belong to this faucet and I originally thought some parts were missing. I ended up not using all the washers it included, but it was quite easy to install. The biggest challenge was getting my old faucet out due to a rusted mounting nut.Once installed, this faucet looks nice. It has a really sturdy and easy to adjust weight.I’m really happy with it.

I bought the same Fossett less than a year ago. Had it installed by a plumber. The spray nozzle and that fits into the Fossett base broke off from the hose. The photo shows the connection that broke. It is designed with a very weak joint where the plastic is very thin connecting the spray nozzle to the hose. Since we use this part of the Fossett every day and use it to push the Fossett to the left or right, it is the place that gets the most strain and it broke. I am buying the same exact Fossett again so that I can attempt to replace only the spray nozzle or the hose and not reinstall the entire faucet again. So, after installing this faucet, I have to mention some design changes they made. The faucet I bought a year ago had the hot and cold water lines built in, or pre-attached. This new faucet includes the water lines in the box. Why is this a problem? Because, the place where you have to attach the water lines is right below the faucet. You have to screw in the connection about 5 inches below the faucet. Think about it. This is as far as you can reach if you are lying on the floor under the sink. Just about a few inches beyond your reach. And behind the sink or sinks. Extremely difficult to do. I will include a photo. By the way, you cannot attach them before installing the faucet through the hole, because you have to thread the ring that attaches the faucet through the hoses one by one, after the faucet is through the hole. I will include a photo to help anyone picture the difficulty.

We bought two faucets at same time for kitchens on separate floors. After one year, we'd never buy the other one again but would get this one again in an instant. The only drawback is that the sprayer isn't much stronger than the regular flow turned on at its strongest. But that flow is so strong, I have no use really for the sprayer. When I do use it, it moves easily out, and seats well too. It is attractive in a black finish that feels soft and smooth when using. Will eventually replace the disappointing one with this model.

Although my review below will not change, I did want to mention that the seller was not only kind enough to offer a full refund, but also provide a replacement faucet free of charge. I already purchased a replacement faucet so I won't require a replacement, but I did want to acknowledge the high level of customer service the seller provided (and because of this, I increased the rating as well).==============================I had this faucet for exactly 1 week, and on the 7th day it broke! I initially purchased this faucet because it was the right size and shape for my sink area (I needed a relatively short faucet that extended). Its a great looking faucet, and worked flawlessly for a few days, then on the 7th day I used it as I normally do, and poof! The head snapped off. Can't say I am surprised, looks like this happens to be a design or manufacturing flaw given the number of other folks who reported the same issue. Am now going to return it and look for something else/better.

Replacement for motorhome faucet. Easy installation smooth pull out feature
