Absolutely perfect for a bumpy rides
Was is becoming a little frustrated with other iPhone holders that other used rubber bands or clamps. This bolts onto the headset and isn’t going anywhere! I love it, multiple rides and keeps my iPhone firmly planted where it should be.

Flimsy materials curse an amazing design to fail.
If the components of this phone mount were made from aluminum I’d undoubtedly be here to write a 5 star review because the design and function is nearly flawless. It’s made of flimsy, even fragile plastic, so unfortunately that’s not where this review is going.I picked this up in a brick-and-mortar local shop and had to return it inside a month because of the mount’s attachment breaking. I loved the design, and they were happy to exchange it, so I went with that. Then its stem mount collapsed. I hit up delta, and they sent me a pair of replacement mounts. Good customer service! Then the mount attachment broke again. They replaced it.Then this morning it failed again, the mount attachment tearing off again. (see the picture) For those keeping track, that’s 4 complete failures of four unit in 9 months of city commuter riding - almost all on pavement, the exception being the few unpaved but level and largely smooth footpaths I’ve strayed onto while exploring my commute.I’m kind of done with this model now. That really sucks because the design of the thing and their customer service is flawless.

You will not regret this purchase
This is the best phone holder. I have it mounted on a full suspension mountain bike. Holds my iPhone 8 w/otterbox defender case very secure. 50% of my riding is off road. Went on a rock jetty at the ocean, phone never moved. My wife and my son both haveone. Wife’s bike is full suspension. Son’s bike is a hard tail. Have had ZERO issues with them.

Wherever I ride my phone comes along
My Samsung Note 8 fits snugly in the spring-loaded cradle. Stem mount is best for easy use. I did not use the ElastoMount option. A perfect solution for my riding habit.

Careful
It works great however the joint that holds your phone and bike is thin and fragile. Also theres a chance if you fall off the bike that the handle bars may turn and the bike would fall right on your phone, happened to me
