Beautiful rosary, should last my lifetime

Good quality rosary, has some slight dings in the wood of the beads but because it is handmade that is expected. Back of the cross is engraved with Jerusalem.

There is something about wooden rosaries that just feels right in the hand. These are beautifully crafted and very well made. I think they will last a lifetime and can be passed down to future generations - and wonderful as a gift. They are easy to 'feel' without looking - perfect for contemplative prayer. Rosary beads, however, are used for praying. The beads are just the perfect size - not too small and not too large; I have small hands, yet they don't feel too bulky or too petite; I think they would be the right size for almost anyone. The little bead of water is very nice touch - although it doesn't move so it may be an air pocket, but that's ok. It is made in Jerusalem (stamped on the back) - so that's close enough. :-)
