Not Balsamic pearls!
Just a a jar of juice no pearls in the juice very disappointing and not able to return them. A real scam and not cheap.

Poor quality no pearls
PLEASE READ REVIEWS! I made the mistake of purchasing 3 jars for my adult children’s Easter baskets. Major disappointment! All 3 jars were pure liquid, not one pearl. Not sure if it was how they were stored, or shipped. I’ll look for them in a gourmet food store so I can purchase in person rather by mail!

Love, love, love these!
These delicious pearls add an amazing lemon kick. Whether to you pair them with sweet or savory, they make it better! I’ve even taken them into a restaurant to eat with fish. Delicious addition to cake and ice cream. I will buy them again and again.

Loved these on my Gnocchi Caprese Salad!!!
I was playing with the idea of using these for a take on the classic Caprese Salad. I added some basil pesto and pan fried gnocchi, and garnished with the balsamic pearls. Looked so much nicer than a messy drizzle of reduction ! A little pricey but had the desired effect !

Pricey but still an affordable luxury.
Dropped a dollop of these on some sundried tomato and pesto pasta and everyone went wild! It’s like balsam vinegar boba, just a poop of flavor. Have also used for bruschetta… You should try them!
