Amazing book. Highly recommend for anyone who needs to delegate.

This is the most straightforward leadership book I’ve read. If you want to skip all the fluff and get to the core of what will help you become a better leader, this is the book for you. I can’t think of anything that would make it better. I will likely read it again in the future and will definitely recommend it to my colleagues.

Short and easy to follow with useful examples and recommendations on how to manage people through delegation. I will recommend you my supervisory team.

The book is very easy to read, brief and rich in informations. One of my highlight is the importance of clarity when delegating. Clearly communicate the goal and expectations and do not assume that people already know.One more step toward becoming a better leader. Thank you Mr. Tracy.

So we're reading this as a leadership building exercise at work. Some of the concepts seem to contradict each other but overall a very good book and a very quick read. We are reading other Brian Tracy books this year and they seem to connect in a way that builds upon each other

it wasn't talking to me .I was a bit disappointed just because of previous Brian Tracy Booksthe next one will be better I am sure.

This is an easy to read guide for new managers. Practical ideas that most people use to learn in business school. While some of the examples are overly simplistic, you will get the idea of what the author is trying to explain.

Love his narrative, every effort is put to deliver key concepts. Very condensed and easy to read.
