Strong Hold and Easy to Use
This wallpaper paste is exactly what we needed for our DIY project! It’s easy to mix and apply, and it provides a strong, reliable hold for the wallpaper. We used it for a fairly large wall, and the paste stayed in place without any issues. It spreads smoothly, making the wallpaper application process much simpler and mess-free.It’s also easy to clean up if you happen to get any on the surface, and it doesn’t leave any marks once dry. The adhesive works really well, and our wallpaper has stayed securely in place, even in high-moisture areas like the bathroom.Overall, this wallpaper paste delivers great results at a reasonable price. If you're tackling a wallpaper project, this paste is a solid choice—easy to use and provides excellent adhesion. Highly recommend!

YES. It works and the reviews are spot on.
I will start by saying I am a dummy because I misread the description on the wallpaper I bought. I read "peel-able" and thought "oh cool peel and stick". NO. Anyhow I paid boatloads for this paper stuff so fast forward to me googling how to "stick paper to a wall" and here we are. THIS PRODUCT. Yep. This product is everything it claims to be and probably more. I have successfully wallpapered a room by myself with only a 6 year old for assistance. AND IT LOOKS AMAZING. I barely have any handy-work person skills and my walls look absolutely fabulous. I didn't even do any of the little tips and tricks from the tutorials either. This product did all the work. Did I "book" the wallpaper? Heck no I don't have the time or patience for that business. I literally just straight up painted the wall with this stuff and stuck the wallpaper on it. Result: it came out beautiful and pretty close to perfection IMO.I will say I did end up getting that smoother tool thing and used it which helped greatly; I also got a seam roller which was crucial. I somehow managed to use a measuring tape correctly and was able to align the paper in a straight and perfectly overlapping fashion by some miracle of nature. The product allows placement correction of the paper before it dries which is a huge bonus and probably is the reason the placement is perfectly straight. So bottom line- this product gave a professional looking wallpaper job as a result. I am 100% completely a first time DIY amateur, with close to zero DIY skills, who took on the project with a 6 year old. No joke. And this product made me look like a pro which I appreciate. With barely any hard work and very little time spent, there were no bubbles, no peel off, no real stress over the job, nothing like that. I even had some sense of accomplishment when the wall was done, now that I think about it. Plus my kid had a blast helping me and using the seam roller.Just make sure to follow all the review advice here because it is accurate: apply this product very generously, thick, and very evenly; don't skimp at all on application, and that's really all the skill you need. The product does the rest. I recommend this to everyone at any skill or experience level.

Successfully Used For 1st Project
I bought this after watching an instructional video on how to hang wallpaper. The person in the video recommended this product. The adhesive did not dry too quickly so I was able to reposition paper to line up patterns as needed. My first project turned out well.

Easy to use - works well and allows you to reposition the wallpaper
I'm a first-time wallpaper user and wasn't sure about this product. I have to say it worked like a charm. Make sure you apply enough on the wall, as certain papers will drink it up. And also, make sure you apply beyond the edges of the paper, to make sure the sides stick well. It has a slow-enough drying time that you can reposition and be precise in your paper application, which I was thankful for. Goes on white, but dries clear, so if you happen to get it on the front of your wallpaper... it's not a big deal. Just wipe it off as soon as you can so as not to leave marks on the more sensitive papers. If you're dealing with a vinyl texture, it's probably even easier to wipe off if you dribble a little bit on the front. Overall very happy with this and will use this product to finish my project room.

Good for light weight to medium weight paper
Bought this brand because I previously purchased Zinsser and I could not a quantity larger than a quart. The Zinsser was very good for my unpasted medium/heavy weight wallpaper. But the solution was quite thick and the quart only lasted me though about 3 single rolls (1.5 double rolls). I had another 3 double rolls to go, and Roman was the more economical alternative that came in the larger quantity than I needed.Application was easy - the solution is thinner than what I had used previously and it went on smoothly. I used what I thought was a fair amount on the wall and on the back of the wallpaper, but once I got the paper on the wall it wouldn't stick because there wasn't enough paste. With another layer of paste & a little more on the wall the paper stuck just fine.I think this product works just fine if you are using lightweight to medium weight wallpaper. For heavier-weight paper, make sure you apply liberally so you can get the extended time for repositioning or whatnot. As far as the coverage, I have hung 3.5 unpasted double rolls and will have about 1/3 of the gallon jug left over.

Worked great
I had no wallpaper experience before this and chose a glue at random. It seemed so thick i worried that a gallon would not be enough, it was more than enough.I thought it would give me more time to move the paper (slip), but it set up pretty dam fast so be warned. I had to go back and re-glue the edges on the outer side most sheets cause once i got the seam set, the outer edge was too dry to stick. I just ran the paint brush of glue under it and then it adhered.Maybe it was my wallpaper, but when I tried to book the paper then apply it to the wall, the glue was too dry and it wouldn't stick. I ended up just painting on the glue and hanging the paper immediately but it worked fine like that.

Just right
This is the best wallpaper glue I ever used. I bought wallpapers glue at Home Depot and it didn’t last and keep peeling. This one was just right and easy to work with and last!

Its pretty good.
One of the best all purpose pastes out there. Doesn't dry too quickly and is easily applied. Way better than big box offerings.
