Works great. Used to add a charcoal filter to my well water system
Overall, works great. This unit did not come with a wrench for tightening but it does not need more that hand tightening.And the pressure release button - that little red guy releases the water vertically up into space. If you expected it to release pressure without giving your hand and arm a shower - surprise. I suspect other models have a threaded port which can shunt the discharge away.

Sturdy plastic filter housing
Liked the price and sturdiness, along with a separate stainless steel bracket , it’s an easy way to have filtered water at your kitchen sink .

Sent without rubber o ring and wrench
Bought 2. One is fine, but the other was sent without a rubber o ring seat. Also a wrench would be helpful for the filter replacement.

Absolute Garbage, please don’t install in your home
The media could not be loaded. It’s so bad it’s laughable. The NPT ports are formed WAY too deep, so any threaded fitting (I tried multiple, from different manufacturers) will bottom out before the threads get tight enough. The only reason I went through putting it in was because I was going to use this temporarily to introduce bleach to sanitize my pipes, but you can see from the video I couldn’t even do that because of how much it was leaking. Also, the O ring mating surface of the top part is so warped that when I put it on the counter top it rocked back and forth. I didn’t even get to pressurize this seal to test it because the ports were leaking so bad. What a joke. For the love of god do not put this item in your house.

Waste of money
This is a piece of junk. I put about 10 wraps of Teflon tape and it still leaks. No matter what I do. It’s just a piece of junk so don’t waste your money don’t buy it.

It’s purple!
I need a CLEAR housing. This thing is transparent purple. Kind of hard to see through it. I guess you get what you pay for.
