Broke During Installation
Ordered faucet for my kitchen remodel. This was on e of the last things to install and the wall connection threading is stripped. Cant even mount it.

This pot filler did not hold up!
Product looks great but the threads were too shallow and the product failed. 10 days after installation, water started spraying from pot filler and if we were not home, would have destroyed new hardwood floors. My husband is an experienced pipe fitter and tried to repair/rethread but the same thing happened again twice! We purchased this early in our remodel project and were unable to return due to return policy. I would no recommend this product!

Exactly what we were looking for, works great and easy to install. Great product!

Bad design
I looked at this unit for a long time trying to figure out how I could install it securely. The problem is the retainer plate attaches to the pipe and not the fixture and the fact it's IPS thread it could unthread very easily so I didn't want to take a chance and install it so I returned it for a better designed unit. Its a shame because it's a very robust unit.

Good alue
Not too hard to install, but a challenge to get leveled. Nice buy and pretty good value.

Waste of time and money
Bought one and it leaked and broke within the first week. Ordered a replacement and it fell apart on install. Absolute waste of time and money!!!!!

Not sturdy at all
been using it for about 9 months and had someone come fix it twice. Initially it was leaking from behind the wall and it’s now leaking from handles. Not satisfied at all

Excellent quality
Impressed with the quality of the product. It is well packaged and pound easy to install flow rate and control of the stream of water. Hesitate to recommend this product based on the price and performance fit and finish is excellent. Pleasantly. surprised.

Careful during install
A bit finicky for the install, not the same as most North American products. But it’s a very close second. Only issue would be the install.Take your time, get the correct sized nipple and “DO NOT” repeat “DO NOT” use the arm to tighten , use a proper, non-marring tool to tighten. Other wise your extension arm will sag.

The rough in has to be percise.
I purchased this pot filler for my kitchen and it looks fantastic with the stainless steel appliances. The plumbing rough in was tricky because it has to be set in according to the the depth of the escution plate and nipple.looks great , works great and couldn’t beat the price.

Not so happy
Not sure why there are 2 levers to open/ shut water. Joints are lose and it’s slightly dripping

I bought this for my uncle who knows well about these kinda stuffs. He did not like it. I do not know what but HE did not like it.
