Being that my husband was born and raised in Italy he is picky when it comes to things that should have a certain flavor and tastes that reminds him of home. We made homemade ink pasta with this product and it was amazing and full of flavor.

Great flavor
I use this to make home rolled black pasta noodles/squid ink sauce, and they turn out so well every time. The smell is STRONG but the taste is incredible.

Ink squid good but expensive
Good product in pasta and other squid recipes but a little expensive when i bought here, I was surprised when i found in a spanish stores it’s not that much pricey
