Wow. I just received this yesterday (last night to be exact) and put it on right away. I felt relief in my upper back/shoulder blades immediately. I personally didn’t think it changed my appearance until I walked by my husband wearing it under my hoodie, and he told me I looked different. “Good different” he clarified.The instructions say to start wearing it for a short amount of time and work up because it can be uncomfortable. I wore it the night I received it for an hour, and the discomfort I felt was mostly under my armpits, but it wasn’t unbearable and definitely worth that for the immediate change and pain relief.Background on me: I’m 5’3”, 130lbs, medium build. I’ve had large breasts and bad posture since I was 14, which caused neck and upper back pain. I was a year-round swimmer for years, so I have broad shoulders that are still kind of awkward to me even after years of not swimming competitively. I’ve seen a chiropractor every week since high school for my neck and back pain, which helped but never fully alleviated the discomfort for long enough to skip a week.UPDATE! 1/3/21I had been wearing this brace almost every day since I received it, but now I am able to use it less and for less time. It’s more like a refresher when I feel like I need it.The first couple weeks after I received it, mychiropractor told me my neck wasn’t in dire need of an adjustment (as it has been, every week, for years). He actually asked me the same of the brace because of the difference it made in my posture and neck. My entire family couldn’t believe the difference (even my sisters across the country ON FACETIME)! They all asked for this for Christmas. So now my whole family has one!This product really worked (and is continuing to work) for me and now, my family. It can be uncomfortable (still is rough on my armpits), but after suffering so many years of excruciating neck pain and migraines, it’s worth it. I am amazed that after a couple decades of bad posture, this brace was able to help me so much in less than a month!

Funciona , es práctico lo único es que al tallarlo mucho me lastima un poco en la parte de las axilas , pero es porque me gusta bien apretado para que mejore mi postura , no suelo usarlo mucho tiempo ya que me cansa un poco pero funciona para la lo que se usa

Im not sure but when I try to put 5 stars it blanks out and it will only let me do 4..but I just wanted to say I only write reviews if either the product is amazing or absolutely horrible..this product is definitely amazing.. it immediately straightened up my posture and I noticed it took away my double chin,which was apparently was not a double chin it was just that my posture was bad..I work in a warehouse and have horrible lower back pain,today is the first day I wore it 2 work and usually my back pain is an 8 out of 10 at the end of the day and today it was probably 2 out of 10...I dident even think it would help my lower back considering its around the shoulder area but it definitely did..it's a little uncomfortable under the arms but ill take that over my back pain any day..would definitely recommend!!

I purchased this to help me keep my shoulders back for better posture on my long 5-mile walks with my dog. While it does prompt me to correctly adjust my posture with shoulders back there is a tremendous amount of stress that it puts on my lower cervical spine. So much that, for prolonged wear up to and over 1 hour, I get headaches from the low-grade discomfort. It is a poor design because the tighter you cinch the straps the higher up your spine the back support rides and applies pressure. Not to mention it really digs into your armpits, but that I could have lived with. The neck pressure I cannot, so I will be returning this item and continue my search for a comfortable support for my back and shoulders.

I wish I’d use this more often. It’s not uncomfortable for me to wear. I felt like I was seeing results. After the 1st day or 2 I could feel my core was engaged more due to me standing straighter. I didn’t feel like it was difficult. I think it would’ve worked long term if I’d used it more.

I sit at a computer everyday. This has help my back out so much!

There was no choice for the size of the item. Make sure you order the right size. I had to return mine, too small & no choice on Amazon Return to exchange for a larger size. I would up buying a different brand.

Works well to pull shoulders back and help with posture but was irritating to me underneath arms.
