If you find yourself wanting two dimmers but only have one opening this guy is for you! Be aware that each dimmer circuit has a 150VA limit though, this guy is easy to overload. Also, standard derating factors still apply, so if you remove the heat spreaders the capacity of this unit will decrease just like any other dimmer.This unit also is fairly deep and wide, so you may want to purchase some small wire connectors to ensure you have sufficient room. Don't bother trying to install this guy if you have cut corner boxes. You'll have a very bad time.

I bought the Amico 12 Pack 6 Inch 5CCT Ultra-Thin LED Recessed Ceiling Light with Junction Box and needed a switch that wouldn't disappoint. When I turn the switch on, it's comes on half brightness. If I want it to be a very low light, I just turn it up all the way and pull it down slowly. I was able to piggy back my ceiling fan switch using this as the main , although it might appear you can't from this listing. My Dad's an electrician so there's no fire hazard doing that. This switch also fits into the generic face plates with a 1.3" x 2.6" hole. That was my only hesitation purchasing this so it's the first thing I checked when I got it. Unfortunately, this doesn't work well with the Amico LEDs (flicker every 5 minutes) so had to try a different (smart) dimmer, Ghome Smart Dual Dimmer Switch. After I try it out, I'll post a review whether it works flawlessly.

Good for lighting

Not for LEDs. Working well a year after installation, no flickering or other issues common with other less known brands. Have never had an issue over thirty years of installing and using Lutron dimmers. All are still in use and work well.

Bought two. All other dimers have a fan control for the second slider. This one has two real dimmers - and by the way, I used on of these to run a light and fan. This has continuous fan speed instead of the sloppy three speed controls of the Leviton that I returned. It had dead spots between the three speed settings.

Easy to install and works as it should

We bought a light for the kitchen that is led dimmable. Finding the right dimmer was important and this one worked!! Put the switch so the sliders are down to turn off, as easier to click! Picture provided is at about 1/2 brightness. Got a switch cover at Home Depot. Happy!!

If you're good with the price, you won't be disappointed.

Works great and easy install. Only thing is that for some reason, to turn it on I have to bring the dimmer to the brightest, then once the light is on I can slide down and dim the light. Otherwise great product and very reasonable price compared to whats in store, if anything.
