The item I am selling DOES include a HANDset and cord. I you are talking about a handsfee headset, then no, it does not.

Where is the Model Number (M7310) located on this phone?

I found it on the back of the base unit along with a barcode. It appears to be a manufacturer label.

How hard is it to program this phone to use on your existing system or is it just plug and play? Thanks!

I purchased this phone as a replacement for a Meridian phone, so I am not sure if it is a plug and play for other systems.
