Sharper ImageWireless TV Speaker

We have recently moved into an open home with our bedroom in a loft. We have 2 tv’s pretty close and the sound travels both ways. I was only looking for something to use when the hubby goes up to relax and watch football. In order for me to hear my tv, I have to put it louder than football! This lil speaker is the absolute best. This is the 2nd night of my using it and I am loving it so far. It has the option to hook it to the tv or the cable box. After the initial charge It installed in less than 5 minutes. I used the included sound/video cord to connect the base to my Direct tv box, I turned the speaker on at it immediately picked up the sound. It sits perfect on my side table, the sound is very sharp and I can actually hear words. Most movies, series and sitcoms have such loud background music and noise you can barely hear what’s going on. Not with this speaker. There is a convenient battery icon/light so I can be aware of when to charge. I’m assuming I can dock/charge it daily, tho. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this for my 87 year old mother with severe hearing problems. She's now able to easily control the volume where it sits on a table next to her living room chair. Much easier than a remote. While the speaker certainly isn't Bose quality, it's just fine and she loves it. The television speaker is turned low and her speaker is right next to her. She can take it into the kitchen with her and prepare a meal while having it on in the background for company. She does not have a smart tv and it hooked up in seconds. Very easy to operate, no complicated steps that she needs to remember. A win! Highly recommend.

I'm so bummed as I just loved this speaker. I've been wearing wireless earphones for both t.v.s for 20 years and I think they have affected my health..So I bought this and totally loved it until it just stopped working this morning.. All I get is a buzzing and no volume. Luckily I was still under the amazon return date..So I've had this less than a month..buyer be ware and make sure you buy the extra warrenty..you may not be as lucky as I am..

My wife and I moved to a small house and we each watch different shows on TV. As the two TVs we watch are fairly close we were concerned that we would be competing with each other with the volume controls.This device solved the problem. It is simple to install and works great. It has no delay so you are hearing it as it happens on the screen. It is portable. When I go out to grill I could still see the TV but could not hear it. Now I take this with me and can hear everything.The sound quality could be improved but it is certainly no worse than the TV's speakers.One of the best items I have bought in a while.

I'm not sure why but my husband had to work a bit to install this, but once in place this is an amazing help for those with any kind of hearing loss. I have it in my bedroom and since the speaker can be right beside me I can use a lower volume and hear better than ever (I assume the same is true for those without a hearing loss as well). This is especially important when the family is in the next room as they can't hear my TV while I still can! I miss much less of a program conversation when the speaker is right beside me. IDK what I would do without this now.

I use the speaker all the time. If I'm cooking, I take it into the kitchen. If I'm eating, I take it to the dining room. But it's best for when I don't want to disturb others in the house; then I take it to my easy chair and turn the TV volume down real low.

3 months of good quality sound - loved it. Then one day it started cutting in and out. Re-synced to base and it worked a few more days, then not at all. Return period has ended so we're out of luck.

I purchased for my Mom since her TV is in her living room and she always had to turn it up so loud to hear while she was working in kitchen. Now she just has this and it’s perfect. Sound is perfectly clear and range is fabulous.
