First try, I got a tiny tiny spray and was wondering was that all I needed? Noticed nothing. Then tried again later-sprayer/pump was broken, not even a microscopic drop. Sent it back and got my refund minus the $8 for priority return shipping (no Amazon Prime on this). Will not chance it again unless have Prime on it later.

Well packed for temperature protection. Nice foil protective pouch. Removable neck collar nice touch to avoid accidental sprays . Quality seems fine compared to original Russian but that is subjective. No month+ long wait and no dropper which is helpful for an old geezer.Works pretty well alone (but for me, lasts too short a time period), or, in conjunction with other aids (like Nooept and/or Modafinil, etc). I usually combine for my particular needs and issues depending on how good/bad a day which is going to be (very) different from yours. Have used about 1/2 bottle right at the 2 month mark and can definitely recommend.Edit 8/11: Just received and started using a competitor product a few days ago that has a higher concentration (.16 vs .10) for comparison. More expensive of course, ships from the US like this .1 on Azon which is great, but no heat protective foil shipping pouch (boo) and no neck collar (double boo). Higher concentration (not sure if that's the only reason but...) has also meant a noticeable but short-lasting (less than 30 secs) nasal "burn". Not sure which I'll stick with but both seem like good products. Your mileage will vary from mine.

For the cost involved, seems not really worth it. No physical or neurologic effect noted, after taking it for a week. No ill effects noted, either.

This stuff is the real deal. I have an environmental illness called CIRS from mold exposure, which severely impacted me cognitively (memory loss, confusion, personality changes, irritability). I have been using this specific brand of semax since August - it's now March and a recent diagnostic confirms that my brain is healing on a structural level which is extremely encouraging, and a relief to me! I honestly thought I was on track for Alzheimer's. If you have any cognitive issues or have had a stroke or TBI, or even PTSD, I highly recommend this product, although with the recent sanctions it will be undoubtedly hard to get. I wish I stocked up personally. There's really no downside to this product, although I don't use it at night only in the morning or early afternoon as it's not speedy but it gives me mental energy.

High quality product without complaints. It has done wonders and has literally increased my quality of life incredibly. The vendor is top notch and goes beyond the call of duty every time.

I’m allergic to it

Wanted to try to see if it would help my mother with moderate Alzheimer’s and there is no doubt in my mind it has…I don’t know how long effects will work for her but I’m thankful at her response so far.
