Excellent product, but the Amazon price is twice that of my local grocery stores.

MASECA: traditional flour for Mexican food
I grew up in Mexico and always used MASECA for tortillas and tamales. This is the "real deal". I recommend you watch Patti Jinich in YouTube for her recipes on how to use this flour to make tortillas and tamales.
