I used this for my hair which was falling out due to stress which I took ashwaganda for. This worked wonderfully. My hair was shiny, had body & way less hair fall. Was on subscription, But they discontinued it. Super disappointed! My hair fall started again due to not being able to find it. Please make these again it was so worth the subscription every month.

Takes months of commitment to see results. I will add that I cannot take this one without food or some crackers. I am over 60 and about 3 years ago my hair started to get very thin. It is now thick again. I use this product plus a collagen supplement, vitamin C, saw palmetto, vitamin E and a generic Rogaine foam scalp treatment. Lots of effort to get my hair long and looking good again. It took 6 months of dedicated effort to start to see good results. I just continue this routine and all is good. I will say that as a woman I only use the Rogaine on my scalp on my damp hair after washing, so that is usually once a day or every other day.

I was so happy to find something that really worked. My hair stopped falling and my nails stopped braking.I was sharrring my find with a friend, but discovered it’s no longer offered. I am so sad!!!

I’m rating this a three star so far, I’ve been taking this for close to a month and I haven’t seen any results. I am re- purchasing with the hopes I’ll finally see some kind of result, and I’ll write another review after. But so far my hair is the exact same from when I first started......so I’m adding notes as I have been taking these for a few months- in combination with my other vitamins I’ve been growth in my thinning spots, there 1-2 inches long so my hair looks a little crazy when I skin it back but I see growth so in a year I’m hoping for even more growth. Just get back ups, you take 4 a day so you will run out

I'm in my late 50s and I take 1-2 of these every day. It has really improved the quality of my hair. People are always asking me what I use on my hair. It has helped me retain thickness (both my parents had very thin hair) and shininess. Hint: Take them with food. They make me nauseous when I don't.
