Love the flavor
Love these British-style baked beans. I grew up in England and never did get used to the overly sweet American baked beans with molasses and barbecue sauce. I prefer the less sweet, tomato sauce flavor of these beans which are great heated up on toast with eggs for breakfast, or eaten room temperature straight out of the can for a quick snack.

Taste great and good quality
English baked beans are not like those from other countries If you try them you will probably buy more

All tons were dented
All the tins are dented. I’m guessing before they were packed so I’m guessing these are factory rejects. That said, the contents are perfectly fine.

EVERY CAN EXTREMELY DENTED!!!! Second time.
This is the second time I've ordered these beans, and both times the cans are VERY BADLY dented!!! I'm ok with dented cans, but when they're completely smashed on both ends at the seal, that's a problem for me. The last time I ordered them and they were this dented, there was no air or lid pop when I opened the top. I really like these beans and love them on baked potatoes! My daughter went to England and brought some back for me (ALL the way from England and not a single dent!). She showed me pics of the different ways they eat them. I will not be reordering these, as this is the second time. It wasn't even right after the first order. It was 6 months later. It stinks they're not returnable in cases like this. I don't usually write bad reviews, but these dented/smashed cans are ridiculous!

Beans on toast
The ingredients are clean and simple. The tomato sauce is light, not too sweet. These are even good for you as part of your 5 a day. Good old beans on toast ( or skinheads on a raft ) as we used to say.

Like being in London!
Delicious, nutritious, inexpensive - a perfect product that can be reheated quickly and it makes a good breakfast or lunch. Goes great with eggs!

A Brit needed her beans!
As a Brit living in the US, it’s hard to find authentic Heinz baked beans (not the bbq flavoured ones). Although pricier than I’d get back home, these taste great and arrived relatively unscathed. Glad to be able to get these for when the cravings hit!

beans, beans, more beans - the best canned beans ever produced
We ordered these beans 2x in different orders from Amazon. The first time was a total dud -- Amazon's shipping area thought it was a good idea to ship them with a slim air pack placed on top of 2 cans. That's 2 cans that were shrink wrapped together, but without any sort of padding / cardboard insert to help keep them divided and to prevent damage that would be sustained, in the event that the box was thrown about during the shipping logistics process. A box that is dropped / lands on its side, will result in damage not only to the can closest to the side of impact, but also the other, as there's nothing to cushion such blows between the 2 cans. Needless to say, the cans arrived heavily dented all over, the air pack was nothing more than a flattened piece of plastic. Now this is assuming that the dents were caused from the shipping process. But anyhow you dice it, the revolting thought of botulism does not sound enticing. So I tossed these out. Amazon was good to handle the situation and re-sent a replacement. Again, despite my initial feedback, Amazon's shipping area again shipped these without proper padding / packaging and again, the cans were heavily dented, and we had to throw out the beans. It's such a waste and easily preventable. On a whim, I ordered this via a UK merchant (Premier Life) who was offering the beans, also as a 2-pack. Within a couple of weeks, the beans arrived, well-packaged, each individually shipped, and perfect condition. Yes, we did eat beans and boy howdy were they tasty. There's just nothing quite like this in the US, unless you attempt to make them from scratch. I'd recommend them, when they're at a good price (i.e. under $12.75) and certainly via Premier Life, which is a responsible merchant that takes care in ensuring the order is fulfilled properly the first time around. So, the one star off is just a heads up that the cans can arrived heavily dented, depending upon who you buy from, which may mean wasted time and dashed hopes of getting the product you want to eat.
